Excellent product
Excellent product, great price with clear instructions, squeegee and quick delivery. There was an issue with my order, but Purlfrost sorted it quickly and efficiently, so customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent product and customer service
We found the website informative and there was a wide range of available films. We chose a colourful film for our windows and were impressed by print quality and vivid colours. We requested a particular delivery date range and were very pleased to receive on our first available date.

Easy to fit and great support
I am very impressed with the Purlfrost window film.
The team provided answers to my questions before purchase and free samples to try out. Once ordered I sent them a diagram of the bathroom window layout and everything was perfectly cut to size and pattern matched. The instructions are excellent and they even supplied a fitting tool and some spare sheets, one of which I needed to use.
They look great inside and out, just like etched glass.
The only improvement I can think of would be to add a note of each of the different sizes to the sheets when they arrive.
We are now going to orders some more for our kitchen.

Had a small issue with delivery as evri lost the parcel but they sent out a replacement as soon as i let them know so really good customer service. Product is of a really good quality and easy to apply. I would fully recommend this company

Problem solved with purlfrosr
Purlfrost successfully installed on 15 pane wooden door for our new shower room. Light still gets through but effect is opaque just what was needed to keep all matching doors in hallway. Problem solved.

Really easy to fit. Step by step instructions were very helpful. Follow all the steps. Don't skip any of the steps.
Easy to fit. Made to measure. I need to cut some of the extra film away from the window still but it still looks great. No bubbling or mess. Very happy.

Good quality and easy to install

I have tried to use privacy screens before and struggled but having them cut to the size you want makes life so much easier, you literally have to just wet and place! Would definitely recommend as very reasonable priced for the high quality goods aswell
