I made a mistake and didn't get enough yarn. I needed one more skein, and Purl Soho was kind enough to refund my shipping for that one skein, plus they tracked me down to check the dye lot number.
Plus.. their yarn is SO lovely!

Seriously the best.
Love Purlsoho so much. Not only am I a repeat customer who has loved every yarn I've purchased. BUT I also had an incredible customer service experience after purchasing the wrong quantity of a discontinued product. Cannot recommend them enough. Best tutorials!
I am a long time knitter but often need a refresher for certain techniques. Purl soho is my go to site. The videos are so clear and easy to understand. The pace is perfect. Just got a German Short Row review. Excellent. For some reason, I thought they were in NYC and hoped to visit. Just realized they are in Cali. Guess I will buy online. Try these tutorials. You won’t be disappointed

Top notch company
Everything I’ve ever ordered from this company has exceeded expectations and arrived quickly. It’s been a great experience being Purl SoHo’s customer for almost 20 years. The patterns are great and the yarn is excellent. My latest favorite is Linen Quill.

Wonderful Purl Soho
All yarns I have used for the last 14 years have been beautiful. The customers service is excellent. I live in Australia and any enquiries to my email are answered promptly and orders also arrive within 2 to 3 weeks.So glad I discovered the store many years ago on a trip to New York.

I wish there were 5 more stars to give
Right now I wish there were 5 more stars to give. I ordered yarn (expensive cashmere!) for a sweater. I got a third of the way through and realized that I was short one skein. I jumped back onto the website to order another and found the color had disappeared. Customer service informed me that the color and even the yarn itself were now discontinued. I was distraught ~ I had a huge investment in time and money in this project. I explained to Allison (but they are all great, tbh), and she was on it. Within two days of the problem arising, Allison had found a skein in the collection of one of her colleagues, who offered it to me and ~ my project was saved. Thanks to all of you at Purl Soho!

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. I needed another skein of yarn I bought two years ago. Of course it is different dye lot but matches close enough I can make it work . Had several emails back and forth before ordering. Very understanding.
