Customer service was great. I needed another skein of yarn I bought two years ago. Of course it is different dye lot but matches close enough I can make it work . Had several emails back and forth before ordering. Very understanding.

The yarn is intended as a gift. The yarn is beautiful. The colors are gorgeous. It was well packaged.

I got the yarn for a wonderful Purl Soho free pattern, Easy Breezy Vest. I was so excited about the pattern and then found the Good Wool yarn. I wasn't sure which colorway to get. So, I checked with Purl Soho online about which colorway would work best for this pattern and my taste and got a very thorough and helpful response. All good including the pattern and the excellent guidance in choosing a colorway.

I have been using Purl Soho for patterns for many years. I finally had the disposable income to purchase some skeins and oh boy, have I been missing out. I was completely impressed with the quality of the yarn. The softness is incomparable. I’m spoiled now!

The quality is great and the light blue color is just as puctured.

I saw the linen bag project and decided it would be perfect to work on when I finish the complicated sweater I am making. The small bag is beautiful and practical, and I expect it to be sturdy. I had a little trouble printing the pattern, but I’m all set now.
The yarn was carefully packaged and delivered promptly, minus plastic, which is a plus for me.

Lovely yarn. Excellent quality. But the cost of buying US yarn was very expensive with duty, shipping on top of the exchange. It is hard to justify not buying Canadian produced yarn in the future.

I purchased yarn and a pattern. I have not made the garment yet. But I am always pleased with the yarn purchased.

I buy my yarn at Purl SoHo because I know the quality is the best. Always look forward to receiving there packages.

Superb customer service. I ordered a cone and a skein of the same yarn and was contacted immediately about dye lots. The shipment was prompt. The cotton pure yarn is great. I wish I had known I could have the skein wound. It was a little bit of a challenge without a winder.

I've emailed a couple of times to remind me that the price of ordering metal needles could increase by 25% due to tarrifs.

Keen to purchase a pattern as a one-off to download I hit a bank transaction issue so I contacted Purl Soho customer service. The customer service rep replied promptly and gave practical advice (small amounts can mean banks flag these purchases). Excellent support.
