I ordered the Fujifilm X-T10 Kit 18-55mm Silver and after a few days I recieved a tracking number. A week after my order was placed, I recieved the camera in Greece and everything was as expected. The price was great and I feel that their customers service is great as well.

All worked nicely and fastly from Purnima. Only DHL, disappointed me as they delivered the product to a neighbour of mine that was not authorized to do it, and the signature in the slip was with my name and obviouly it was not mine... Due to that, for almost 1 day I was thinking that the good was stolen. Purnima answered my questions very well, but I put a claim in DHL and they did not return to me anyway.

I bought a Sony A7S II + Sony Vario-Tessar T* 24-70 f/4. The price compared to other stores is so much cheaper (like 500€ lower). The service was fast, it took just a week since the payment was done until I got the products and they sent a free cleaning kit for the lens. The product was sent from UK so no problem with customs.
