The order process was simple... and the delivery took even less than the 7 days average... great job... If the chargers came straight with an european plug (Portuguese in my case) it would be perfect (although an adapter is sent it's not the same thing regarding ease of transport and connection specially in portable devices)... if not for that I would have given 5 stars... (And yes I realize that for having competitive prices they must order in China the international versions... still it's anoying having to carry another item...)

Some friends of mine ordered from the site and they were totally satisfied with the purchase. So, I gave it a try. The price was competitive and the item arrived in Greece in 5 days (during the holidays). The package was impressively well wrapped.
I purchased a Tamron lens. To my surprise, the lens was scratched in the edge of the glass. When I contacted the site they proposed to return the package to Hong Kong in order to evaluate the lens and give me my money back, including the shipping cost from Greece to Hong Kong, or send me another lens.
The problem is that the shipping to Hong Kong will take up to 20 working days and I paid for something that should be working. I believe that I will stay without a lens for over a month.
What troubles me is that in the site there is not any indication of shipping a faulty item (from the beginning) to Hong Kong. I asked them to ship the item to UK because the package was sent to me from there but they declined. I am confident that a scratched lens is a faulty item that is not needed to return to its manufacturer in order to verify that it is faulty. The site itself should deal with the supplier and demand a replacement, not me. I, as a customer must get a new lens as soon as possible since it is not my fault that the item is faulty and there is zero possibility that the scratch was due to the delivery procedure. I believe that the item was faulty from the start.
Now, I am stuck without a lens and I am waiting for my package to arrive there.I must clarify that the communication with the site was perfect, but they hide the fact that faulty items must be send to Hong Kong. They refer to Hong Kong us "ship to us".
