Poor service

Ordered an item, they requested verification documents which I sent, despite taking time to send documents, they failed to validate order until I make several calls, its 2 weeks now, the item is yet to be shipped.

Item arrived a day earlier than scheduled and the transaction was all smooth! Very happy with the service and will definitely be buying from this site again once I get to buy the longer lens for my Oly :)

Why did we worry?

The body cap had become detached from my "high end camera" when in transit.This might have caused a problem, but luckily did not. Customs?
Arrived here in France within 5 days.. Box had been opened as we were told it would and an extra set of European spec cables within. Hope we do not need to use warranty but they say that will be OK. A receipt would have been good but am told we can obtain one online. We seemed to have saved approx. 25 percent so am very pleased .....

Overall excellent in all regards!

I bought a nikon D750 in the best price i could get it with very informative personel and quick response time to whatever question i had! They shipped it quickly and i had it in my hands in 10 days time excellent!!
Highly highly recomended!

Angry but satisfied customer

Purnima mails when you place an order come to junk mail. Junk mail generates frustration, frustrations which leads to angryness when you get in touch with customer service. Expect that, all is ok!

I don't speak French, however, 5+ Stars for the Service received from your Company. Excellent Service and prompt delivery on time.
