I had some reservations to begin with just because I hadn't purchased anything from this company before. But I have a very high opinion of this company now after my experience buying from them. I can't rate the customer service high enough they were just amazing to deal with even when there was an issue they were extremely accommodating. Also the product I purchased is well above my expectations. It is a gift and I'm sure my friend will love it. They will certainly get more business from me in the future. I just can't praise Jo-Ann highly enough!

Great customer service from Jo-Anne who responded very quickly to my enquiry. My order arrived much sooner than I expected and the quality of the locket and chain was top notch!

It's always a worry to order on line, but I was reassured to use Paypal.. I needn't have worried at all,,, It was a delightful experience, with stylish packaging and highly personal, fast service.. The dragonfly earrings are beautifully detailed and 'statement' sized, and are better in real life than depicted in the photo... They would make a lovely present too.

Angel callers were great quality, a nice size and solid.

I ordered an angel wing necklace for my friend's christmas present, it was so lovely when it arrived I also ordered one for my daughter. They both arrived very quickly in a sweet purple box ready for wrapping. They also have lots of other lovely things so I shall be ordering again at some time.

I am really looking forward to seeing these gifts being opened. They arrived within a few days of ordering, and their presentation in the box clearly shown some one had made an effort;knowing that anticipation the reciever has upon opening is all part of the gift. The added touch of a small packet of love hearts was thoughtful too. We also had the huge bonus of a lovely gift of a red glass bracelet. I would definately buy from purple enchantments again.

Wow, what can I say, this is the second time I have purchased items from Purple Enchantment and once again have not been disappointed, with items and service.
