Website was great, order came quickly with no problems. I liked the packaging and the extra touch of free love hearts (who doesn't!) Also got plenty of updated emails and a little thank you as well as a final thank you email which makes it all a pleasure to purchase.

It is the first time that I have ordered from Purple Enchantments and came across them whilst searching on line. I placed the order one evening and the next day received an email to say my purchase had been despatched. The item arrived by Recorded Delivery and securely packaged with even a little 'sweet treat' included!
The necklace is lovely and just as depicted on the website and in a nice presentation box too. This was purchased as a birthday gift and I am sure that the recipient will be over the moon to receive it.
I would not hesitate to order from Purple Encantments again in the future.

I loved this service, the item was as pictured and the delivery was extremely prompt. I especially loved the free packet of love heart sweets that came in the packaging :)! I'd defiantly use purple enchantments again!

Excellent pendant , lovely to look at. Sits well on chain or silk cord. Comes with silver chain. Just as wonderful as any of the other really expensive ones in the shops.

The dragonfly pendant was well made, beautifully packed,ready to send to a friend for her 80th birthday. Liked the fact that it had a sticker saying sterling silver, so she would happily wear it knowing it was quality. Will keep this site on my favorite list. Also I knew exactly when it was arriving thanks to good communication.

I was extremely pleased with my dealings with Purple Enchantments. I ordered a pink crystal pregnancy chime for my daughter, Jo-Anne emailed me to say that it was her last 1 in stock & didn't feel that the item was perfect. She offered me an alternative or a refund or was I willing to wait as was due a delivery on the Friday ( order placed on the monday). I was willing to wait as not long to wait. She sent the item on the Friday as promised & arrived on the saturday wow, she also sent me a gift as a thank u & apology for the delay. I have recomended to friends & would order again. Fantastic service that seems to be with a smile!!!!

This was a lovely we gift - Angel Caller with Swarovski's coloured crystal jems. Bought it for my pregnant partner who is holistic and all natural. Its nearly as beautiful as her and im sure our wee tree (the baby) loves the resonance.

All in all, good craftmanship. Only constructive critism is - the bell/ tone could be better/ louder. In saying that, its still fantastic

my only critisism is that it was packed so lovely that it was impossible to check it was the correct item in the box without undoing the packaging. Also the A4 sheet that explained the necklace sort of lost its appeal folded up into a square as it didn't look as professional, other than that overall really pleased as fast delivery, good communication over parcel tracking and lovely packaging.
