I bought a necklace from Purple Enchantments and found the service to be very swift and friendly, and included free sweets! The necklace had to be returned due to an error but Jo was very helpful and rushed a new necklace out to me immediately, sending me a return envelope and refunding in full any postage to return the previous item before I had even posted it.
