Online order
I was very happy to discover a drum that was perfect for my needs. I made the purchase and paid via my Revolut card. Unfortunately the shop is not familiar with a customer using Revolut and this did cause some stress. The funds had left my account but didn't show in the vendor account. The lady I was dealing with was not very helpful and told me repeatedly to get back to Revolut. She also asked me several times if I wanted to cancel my order which clearly wasn't going to solve the problem. I suggested that she could contact the bank on her end but she said they never have to do this. Anyway I think it was just a case of waiting a few days for the Revolut transaction to go through. It put me off placing another online order. My drum arrived perfect, well packaged and as advertised
