I was told on 8th June that order will sent that day.
Customer service no reply to my email.

My order was supposed to ship in 3-6 days. This hasn't happened. No idea what's happening with my order I have emailed them 3 times but no reply

I paid £5 for delivery which was in 3-6 working days and I ordered on 30th April and it has only just been shipped on 11th May! I chased customer service for my order and I still have note received a reply.

Good quality scratch post strong and sturdy easy part assemble.

Lovely cake, perfect for our pups birthday! Will order from them again in the future.

Not overly happy - delivery price is really expensive, they don’t except refunds the item I ordered was too small - not a great description of item, no paperwork with the item. Customer service did get back to me quickly but I wouldn’t use again

Loved the products but around a week to email re dispatch and delivery perhaps used to Amazon prime and next day delivery but great choice of products on web site.

Fabulous service from Purrfectly Yappy, after placing an order I was informed that there would be a delay with part of my order, I was given a choice of refund, delayed item and despatch others or wait and post all items together.

I chose to wait - as soon as it was in stock they shipped it out informing me by email - great communication and delivery was within a couple of days of confirmation.

Both collars and lead arrived, great quality and great value - perfect thank you

Having hunted various websites for a specific waterproof dog jacket - I finally found one on this site in the size I needed. Put it in the basket paid and received confirmation of my order and an approx delivery date of 3-5 days. After a week I then received another email telling me that they had no stock and my order had been cancelled. They obviously don’t update there stock levels on the website - disappointed

Ordered an item on the 25/02, order didn't arrive in 3-6 working days as stated, I chased the order on the 08/03 and received on automated email on the same day with no apology, saying it had been shipped. I received thd order on 10/03, but item was badly damaged, broken in bits, due to inadequate packaging. I emailed on the 10/03 to let the company know, and as I had not received a reply, I sent a message on messanger on the 12/03.... its the 14/03 today, and still no response. However, when I phoned today and explained what had happened, I was refunded straight away, and so the issue was resolved swiftly. Thank you.

The product I ordered was out of stock the team did their utmost to send me a replacement, quick response and delivery, the item is perfect good quality good size good price well worth it, my girl can not longer rush her food thank you
