wrong size caster was sent

wrong size caster was sent. they are not the same size as what is already on the unit. too small. the caster i need is about 1.5 inches across, what was sent is 1and 1/8 inches across.

Replacement for the PDA7BU remote

Received your replacement for the missing remote of my PDA7BU, but I was charged a total of 7.16€ for VAT in Spaninsh customs. Maybe you should have declared it as a Sample of non-commercial vale, or else with an Invoice of 0 value. Thanks anyway for providing a solution.

The product has been great

The product has been great! We purchased the product a year ago to replace an outdated receiver. It's suited our needs well. Easy to use and provides great sound. When we purchased the product there was an incentive for a free microphone. Although that's not what motivated us to buy it, it was an incentive and always nice to receive a free bonus product. It took ONE YEAR to get the microphone, but it was finally delivered :)

Looks great but does not meet basic requirements

The guitar color was great but when I tuned the guitar the lower string broke. I used the same tuner that was recommended to be used in the notes that came with tht package. The neck is bent as well. When I was able to tune all the strings there is significant gap between the fretboard and strings towards the higher frets. Not what I expected.

Purchased a 4-mode portable AC

Purchased a 4-mode portable AC. The unit works fantastically for the area. One of the casters broke during shipment. I contacted customer service, and they replaced the caster. I'm incredibly happy with my purchase.
