No Refund After Returning Item
I did not get a refund after returning an item. According to USPS tracking number 9434611206211264393913, my return was received on March 24 (RMA#: RN250312728). I sent them several emails over the course of several days, and they said they will process the refund within that day or have processed it already. This is a lie because to this day, there is still no refund. My emails to them are not getting anywhere. They are just giving me the runaround and we're going in circles. Wasted a lot of time on emailing them. Their customer service is the worst.

Pyle doesn't test their products fully before they ship them out of the factory.
I purchased 2 times now, "Rack Mount Studio Pre-Amplifier - Audio Receiver System w/ Digital LCD Display Bluetooth FM Radio Recording Mode Remote Control USB Flash or SD Card Reader Input and Output Jack - PPRE70BT"
Both of them were defective. Neither one had a functional tape monitor function, and the second one didn't have a functional tape out either. I have a third one coming tonight. Pyle should start paying me to test / QA their products.
There's no way to talk to anyone on the phone. If the third one doesn't work either, I'm going to simply give up on Pyle all together.

ordered the wrong item, contacted them and was told to send back which i did immediately upon arrival, have now emailed numerous times to advise of product being returned, provided tracking to prove it was delivered and they refuse to acknowledge and refund me.
In response to your reply, I tried using your online chat today and after wasting 45 mins with someone named Rommel who couldn't be arsed even answering the chqt, someone else named Shiyori told me to just wait for a response... worst customer service ever...

My speaker messed up. I bought it this past November. I sent a message to Pyle asking for a piece replacement. They mentioned they didn't have one but would send me a new speaker instead. Arrived within two weeks of my original message.

Have used Pyle Audio equipment for several years and like the product. Due to a recent microphone failure we needed to purchase another system. I called Pyle customer support with a couple of compatibility questions regarding hybrid (virtual/physical) meetings. The person I dealt with had absolutely no clue what I was talking about and could offer nothing beyond "you want to buy a micrphone?". Sad.

NutriChef has customer satisfaction down to a science. I received 2 sets for a birthday gift in 2023. One is a set of cookware, and the other is a bakeware kit. When I registered for the company's one year warranty, they offered to extend it an additional 3 months for free.
That warranty helped when one of my pans got discolored on the bottom early on. And recently I wrote to NutriChef about a small imperfection in one of my non-stick cake pans.
Both experiences were great. They emailed me back very promptly and verified which pieces were flawed. I sent a photo or two to help them, and then within a week the replacement arrived.
You rarely get service like this, and especially with friendly people who don't make you jump through hoops. That's good ethics, and I will check out their
products first when the time comes to expand my kitchen ware. The quality is very good too!
