I was fraudulently charged for an order because support was an AI bot instead of a human who could understand the very simple words "I do not want this order, I found an upgraded product on your site which I need instead and have already purchased that one."

Absolute worst support of all time
Absolute worst support of all time. Bought a treadmill and received it very damaged. They take weeks to respond and end up sending the wrong parts. Then after everything will not help me return it at all. 4 months since I bought it and haven't been able to use it or return it. Don't ever use this company

I inherited the device when I purchased…
I inherited the device when I purchased the building and it worked well for a little bit. Then had trouble with it playing the USB finally got that to work for a little bit. Then it wouldn’t play it anything at all so I bought another one. Can’t get the USB to work on that one. And I had emailed a few times and not getting any help.

I received a PPHP1249KT Active and Passive PA
System Kit. The sound quality is great when you team this up with something other than the mic included. I have a Tonor TW820 Wireless Microphone and it sounds fantastic. The only negative comment I have concerns the User Manual. It doesn't give you any guidence on how to hook up a Pyle 6 channel mixer that I also own to the system. It really only shows you what it includes in the box you receive. 2 boxes came in one very large box.

Replacement unit works great
After submitting my claim form and following up on the status of my claim, they immediately apologized for the delay and delivered a replacement AC unit within five days. The new unit works terrific.

I have been attempting to purchasing product and uh, made my request. 2 weeks later I got told I wasn't in the right place. All I want is a UHF Wireless microphone receiver. And a month later still no response.

I love this bathtub BUT I can no longer use it.
I love this bathtub. However I can not use it anymore because there is a hole in the seam where the pillow meets the tub. I had the hose crack on me and they replaced it. As soon as I got the new one my old one got a hole in the exact same spot. So I used the new one. Less than a week later I had a hole in the same spot. The seam where the pillow meets the tub. I wrote the company again and made a report but it has been a week now and no response. I spent so much money on this bathtub bec I have two autistic kids. One of my kids screams bloody murder when the shower water hits him. This is why we got the bath to begin with. If they company would respond and make this right I will take back my review but as for now I am very disappointed. I just want my bathtub to be blown up. If it was just a hole I could fix it but it is on the seam. Please help me fix this issue.

Probably not your fault, but you did choose USPS for delivery. Package was received damaged, back side of amp had broken case. Amp still works, so there's that.

Terrible customer service.
I received a defective receiver. I called customer service . After 20 minutes of very difficult communication and troubleshooting the device they agreed to refund my purchase. She told me I would receive an email to confirm this. After over a week, I never received an email. I sent an email to Pyleusa to return the item and also received no response.
