The amplifier smoked after connecting it up. Support phone line was not working had te fill out support form and send email. Waiting for response.
Customer satisfaction is not their focus
I have had decent success with some pyle products in the past. But I recently purchased a wireless PA microphone for $75. Pulled it out and tried to use it. The wireless headset worked fine, but the handheld microphone did not. I reached out to customer service, they said it sounded like it was faulty and said they would send out a replacement right away. I would just need to return the current item. I sent it back, with no email confirming they sent out a replacement. After 2 weeks, I reached out again about when the replacement would come, and they said they are now looking at my unit, and will determine whether it will be fixed or a replacement sent. That is not what the representative told me and I have email proof. I told them i am sick of waiting and i want a refund for the item. Well, now after a month and ignoring my refund request, they say there is nothing wrong with it and they are sending it back. I will probably now get a used unit, instead of the new one I paid for, and I am furious that they are ignoring my request. Do not buy, there products are junk. There customer service is terrible, and the warranty techs do not know what they are doing. Stay away at all costs!!

The receiver is not compatible with the Firestick remote for volume control, making it a pain to constantly be switching remotes. And if I use the HDMI port on the receiver for the Firestick, there is no picture on the tv even though all the settings are correct.
I requested a callback and chat with customer service and no one has ever responded.

Kip's man cave sound system
For the money, this stereo sounds amazing. It's a perfect companion for my TV in my little man cave bedroom I was a little concerned because the day I turned it on the display lighting went crazy and I couldn't make out which mode it was in but I turned it off and unplugged it and it's fine now. It's been working great! Sounds awesome! The blue lights are kind of nice too. Got here pretty quick
Customer service needs to be way better
I have not received my latest order yet which is a microphone and I’m assuming that will be fine but overall customer service has been very poor. I’ve had to call three or four tines and each time there is a 20+ minute wait. In one situation I asked the representative to cancel part of an order I had literally just placed because I had ordered too many items. They said they would take care of that and that did not happen. So I emailed customer service and asked for some return labels and after two days that did not happen either. I then had to call customer service again to get the return labels. Customer service definitely needs to be way better in my opinion

Terrible experience with pLyle usa. Bought a radio boombox that is supposed to be 120watts. I swear it sounds like it it's 15 watts at the most . No bass in these speakers. The fm picks up almost no stations because the radio has no antenna. What kind of company makes radios with no antennas or ways to add one. Plus the speaker screams full blast every time you turn it on. I messaged them before I got the item if it was a used item or new since the price was low. As soon as I got the package I could tell the box was taped up with yellow color tape that obviously was an open box. Man this wa the worst radio purchase I ever made. Even the 1$ radios work better.. crazy these companies are allowed to rip people off

I ordered a Snow tube to pull behind an atv in our upcoming snow storm. Pyle said I would receive my order on 1/22 or 1/23. Snow storm coming 1/24. This is the ONLY reason I ordered from here because they said I would receive it before the storm. Now they say delivery on 1/28. There will be no snow left. Don't lie to your customers just to make a sale. DO NOT ORDER FROM PYLE.USA

Liked the little Stereo Amp I purchased, but tried to get an issue resolved for registering the product within 7 days, which was supposed to send me a FREE Gift. However even though I tried several times to register the website would not let me. So therefore they said I didn't qualify for probably a $5 gift.

2000 watt surround sound receiver review
I am still trying to figure out all the intricacies of operation! I must say that everything I have tried so far has worked well for me! Also being that the receiver I bought has 2000 watts which seems to be plenty of power to grind out some good old rock and roll! Thank you very much!
