I have tried for a week to contact you…

I have tried for a week to contact you people thru your telephone and e-mail and on your automated system in your on line website and you refuse to reply to me. I can’t even return these items because your website is junk along with your phone system. Lousy customer service!!!!

I didnt purchase the most expensive microphone stands and the microphone holders are clips which are poor quality and the springs came out when I was assembling the stands. I will upgrade to a better quality microphone saddle.

Haven't had time to hook it up yet , but I bought 2. One I'm using and the other i bought for a friend who wanted one. Both got here within a week. But the shipping could use work due to both boxes being crushed in the mail.

I was able to shop rather quickly

I was able to shop rather quickly. I had wanted a black component and spoke to a representative but was unable to get them to understand and fine me one so I opted for the white.

PKSTZ88 Keyboard / Piano… ZERO Customer Service

I ordered this PKSTZ88 Keyboard / Piano stand... and when I received it, I noticed problems when I took it out of the box. The stand itself seems to be well built, but the plastic caps they use to block the sharp edges of the square tubing... four of them were damaged. It looked like they were put in crooked with too much force. I have emailed both the support email and the contact info multiple times with no response. I have also sent messages via the customer support page on Pyle. Today I will be calling the support number, and hoping someone even answers. I will never buy another PYLE product, and hope that people keep this lack of support in mind, when they are looking for products.
UPDATE: Pyle finally reached out to me, and state they do not have the endcaps in stock, and cant get any... so I should return the stand to Amazon. Unfortunately, I already tossed the box so I am stuck with this stand. I will never buy another Pyle product... and if you are smart, you won't either. If they won't support their products... I will go with a competitor in the future.

Megaphone unable to work

Sorry to report: Tried to replace my older Pyle megaphone that quit working with new batteries................Received the NEW megaphone which is DEAD even with new batteries. Handyman/Repairman FIXED the old one but cannot get the new one to work. Will return it.

Junk, Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money, bought 3 back up cameras, got three year warranty, less than a year 2 of the display screens are separating, call about warranty, 3 months after first contact I finally got notice that if I pay $25 per unit they will replace them, that's not a warranty, total rip pff
