I strongly advise against using Qbet. I deposited money into my account, but the funds have gone missing and were never credited. This is not an isolated issue – I’ve since seen many other reviews from people who experienced the same problem.

When I raised the issue, Qbet asked me to provide transaction details and proof of deposit. I even sent them a screenshot of the bank transaction, but despite this, my account was still not credited. The support process feels like a runaround with no resolution.

This site cannot be trusted. Do not deposit any money – there’s a very real chance you’ll never see it in your account and will simply lose your money. Save yourself the stress and avoid Qbet at all costs.

I made here multiple rewiews about this bad, in Germany illegal casino , and they closed my account. The worst from the worst. Don't waste your money!!! They offering slots to German citizens without legal license. For that it will be consequences.

Awful 😖 constantly spins outs . Does not land bonuses. when it does land barely pays anything and i think its pretty much a scam casino .They will take your money but not give you your withdrawls without a load of jumping through hoops . 20th Aug 2025 I made a £100 deposit from my bank account which actually cost £105 because of their charges.The money never made it to the casino for me to play. I contacted them and they told me to take a screenshot of the transaction and to send it to them which I did. They said they would look into it. Its now 8 days later I emailed them again for an update and was told I have to send PDF file of copies of all my personal transactions from my bank over the past 8 days which I am not prepaired to do.
They are quick enough to take your money, lose your money, and send you round and round in circles to avoid paying you the money that belongs to you,,,Criminals you should avoid, there are plenty of trusworthy sites out there just avoid this one.

Been a long regular player and I did get some nice winnings despite they were more or less equal to my deposits but lately extremely poor and dissapointing . In two days (+ additional deposits the weeks before) the winnings are poor and not worth mentioning. After deposited 1400 euro's, my highest winning in a game was 24 cents (10 free spins) or major winning being 4 euro's.

So no will not play here anymore and I would advise others to do the same

I have only ever used Qbet for their sportsbook and this review is based purely on that. I have never used the casino which seems to be the issue for the majority of negative reviews.

My account was verified in minutes when I submitted the documents that they had asked for. I then withdrew £1,000 which was in my account within the hour - easily a 5 star review.

These type of bookmakers are good examples, that need to get shutdown these really need investigating, this is disappointing. I was playing slots today and had bigger wins on normal spins than the bonuses they really bad, I could not hit anything decent slowly eating every deposit, be the first and last time I play with this site, this is at bottom of my list of online casinos, I've had a lot better experiences on other online casinos.

I'm not going to write too much about my experience; just the conclusion: these are thieves, a pirate site out to steal your money and information. It's a fraud site.

Absaloutle joke of a company after back and forward emails for over a month still haven't recieved my withdrawal just automated emails asking for the same thing wouldn't bother depositing over a £95 withdrawal I accept the money is gone AVOID AVOID AVOID

When you keep depositing and losing everything is fine, once you say close account and negotiate a small percent for refund of losses all communication goes out of the window! Dont play here. I really don't get why those people with a brain smaller then a bean can write reviews

1. THOSE MAILS YOU GETTING ARE SPAM, NOT QBET. THAT IS WHAT PHISHING MEANS. If you can write a review, use your damn brain to google phishing instead of placing reviews ruining a company!!
2. I am a user of Qbet almost 2.5 years now. Yes they are "illegal" in the Netherlands but they have a really great RTP, they verify you insanely quickly, they have a really friendly customer service. And I never had any payout problems, not with 50 euro, not with 2.500 euro. They are just great.

So please people when you read any review, not on qbet only, use your brain to filter out what's real and who is just a karen and loves to complain.
