I lost hundreds of euros while I was officially registered on Cruks—supposedly to protect me. When I tried to reach out and explain this, every single time they shut down the chat as soon as I mention it.

Qbet has an easier and quicker verification process than most of its peers, allowing for quick withdrawals. There’s a wide variety of slots, and some are pretty poor for returns (Pragmatic Play, I’m looking at you).

I deposited money with QBet, and on my bank statement the payments appeared under a completely different name (“Lumina”), with no mention of QBet at all. This is extremely misleading and makes it difficult for customers to identify who the transaction is with.

When I raised the issue, they refused to refund me and even closed my account permanently. They also admitted in writing that they work with various payment providers but won’t disclose who they use, which feels shady and untrustworthy.

I’m now having to fight through my bank for a chargeback due to misrepresentation of the merchant name.

If you value transparency and fair business practices, stay away from QBet.

I never signed up for Qbet, never gave them permission to use my email and have never used any kind of gambling website. However I am constantly receiving emails about Qbet.
Even after I unsubscribe to their hundreds of weekly emails, I still get them. I used to only get a few a day... and as I was still getting them after subscribing, I reached out to Qbet and spoke to someone on live chat, who told me it wasn't them sending them... however after speaking with them my spam emails increased massively, to the point i'm blocking and unsubscribing nearly 100 a day.

Clearly they do have control over the spam they sent out, as the increase only occurred the moment I spoke with them. So not only are they breaking GDPR laws, they're also liars too. Avoid at all costs and look at previous reviews. I am not the only one having these issues and will be reporting them further.

I deposited €300, and a day later they withdrew it from my gaming account because of a failed deposit, they said... the money was simply debited from my account to Qbet, and they're stealing it from me! Worst betting site I’ve played in.
When I was depositing it took less than 2 seconds. But when it comes to withdrawal they make you feel like a thief. They keep replying “ relevant team is working on it” they keep lying and lying.
