Excellent product - great customer service. Installed 2 years ago, I change the filters and do the "deep clean" as instructed. Works faultlessly. However a friend tried (very hard) to operate... See more

Brilliant, British-designed and manufactured QETTLE boiling water taps are 4 in 1, and dispense truly boiling, 100°C water - so you can make a proper cuppa!
Simple and safe to use, easy to install and cost-efficient, it’s time to say hello to a QETTLE and goodbye to your kettle! And best of all, thanks to its unique, multi-patented design, a QETTLE is affordable, too.
As a family-owned business, we know great products and great people make the difference. We’ve lived and breathed kitchen taps for two generations and our fantastic team of dedicated in-house customer service, design, engineering and manufacturing means our family can be trusted to bring a quality, unique product into yours.
Always 100°C water, nothing less.
Filtered drinking water (you can add a chiller too).
Normal hot and cold flows.
It’s that simple.
BUY QETTLE ORIGINALWith two-stage safety and an insulated spout, a QETTLE boiling water tap is reassuringly safe. First of all, there’s the red safety clip. When in place, it makes it impossible for boiling water to be dispensed. Highly visual and tactile, it provides peace of mind for children or more vulnerable members of the family. There’s no need to remove the safety clip for filtered drinking water, so the kids can fill up safely and easily.
Secondly, there’s a handle lock. The button on the handle must be pressed down at the same time as the handle is turned clockwise. So even with the safety clip removed, it’s a precise and exacting action to get boiling water.
And of course, unlike a kettle, a QETTLE is fixed in once place, can’t topple over and doesn’t need to be lifted.
QETTLE boiling water taps can be teamed with 2, 4 or 7 litre boiler tanks. Making instant hot drinks is just the beginning, so think about how you'll use your tap before you choose its tank size. A 2L tank will give you 4 cups of boiling water in one go, a 4L tank delivers 8 cups and a 7L tank provides 14 cups.
BUY QETTLE SIGNATUREWhether you’re fitting your QETTLE yourself, engaging a plumber or using a QETTLE Accredited Installer, you can be confident that installing a QETTLE is fuss-free.
If you’re still doing your homework, a great place to start is our pre-installation checklist, which covers everything you need to know from water pressure to working out what will go where under the sink. Our step-by-step installation video is a must-watch.
As with any appliance, there is a small amount of care required to keep your cuppas tasting great.
Filter cartridges must be replaced every six months (we’ll send you reminders) and once a year you’ll need to deep clean your boiler tank. This is a very quick job you can safely do yourself, all you’ll need is £7.50 for your Kilrock descaler, and 10 minutes to follow our step-by-step video guide at QETTLE.com.
Our chrome finished Original tap provides all the features of our 4 in 1 range, at a really great price.

I purchased the 4ltr Qettle and self installed it. Any competent DIY person should be able to do this.
During installation I lost a small washer. A replacement was promptly sent to me by Qettle.
The system works very well with instant boiling water available.

Ease of ordering, installation, and quality of items. I had a quooker previously, but price to replace now was prohibitive (price including fitting was over double that of the Qettle). Recommended by plumber.

Great customer service from Sarah who helped with shipping. Good back up when we had a minor leak. A good product which is easy to install.

Because it dispenses boiling water rather than just hot water, the steam and noise during dispensing can be quite significant, and splashing may occur, which poses a risk of scalding. It's not suitable for use by elderly people or young children.

5 years ago I made the decision to install a wonderful new kitchen with the addition of a Qettle boiling water tap. This decision was based upon a couple of reviews but also cost, maintenance and installation.
Shortly after my installation by a professional plumber the tap started to drip, so I contacted Qettle customer services who were very good and sent me a new tap cartridge, which the plumber fitted and it stopped the drip.
2 years on with no further issues and regularly keeping up the filter changes etc, the boiler unit decided to start tripping my home electrics, this was after we experienced a power cut. So once again I contacted Qettle customer services who said that its likely to of killed the unit with a power serge as I am located in an area of the country that suffers with these issues apparently. The good news is that Qettle sell a unit with a built in serge protector, which is the first I had heard of this.
The warranty had only just expired but as a good will gesture the unit was replaced with a surge protector, but no warranty with this product. So the plumber comes out and changes the unit for me.
Anyways 2.5years on and our power is tripping once again and after investigation, you guessed it, the Qettle unit is the culprit. Customer services said it could be due to me not keeping ontop of the filter changes, as I hadn't done it for a year. As a good will gesture they would supply me with a new one for £250 with a 2 year warranty.
My immersion heater gives me less issues and requires no filter changes so I struggle to see the argument.
So were back to a dust collecting kettle from Asda at a cost of £11 with a 2 year warranty.
So it left me thinking, are these units good for 2.5 years and then thats it?
If other people have had similar issues, what have they changed over to?
Be keen to get people's thoughts so I know what to do as ive not been best please with all these issues.
Delivered perfectly, on time and well packaged.
Fitting has knocked off 1 star as the fitter did not contact me about installation until I got in touch and then not when I was told. He then cancelled twice due to transport problems. When I said I would contact Qettle he told me he was the only installer in the area.

I bought the 3 in 1 hot water tap for my brand new kitchen in the summer of 2024. Once my new kitchen was installed, the tap went in, everything seemed fine and it was working well. Overnight a slow leak from the filter unit caused significant damage to my brand new kitchen and we awoke to a significant amount of standing water on my brand new floor and soaking into the brand new kitchen cabinets. Horrified, we turned off the water and investigated. The water was coming from inside the filter housing, roughly where the red pressure release button is, definitely not from any of the connections we had made. I contacted them asking for a replacement filter housing and also asked about a contribution towards the damage. After a while they asked for photos of the installation which I provided. Then more back and forth until they asked for pictures again, and again.
Basically they just ignored anything I said and kept asking for photos which I had already provided.
After going round in circles and getting nowhere, I asked for a full refund and a contribution towards the damage on my new kitchen. They refused on the basis they had been unable to inspect the unit as we had refused to allow them to, at no point had they even suggested this up to that point.
Anyway to cut a long story short, I argued back and forth with them for around 6 months with literally several hundred messages and photos back and forth, I even contacted the credit card company who received lies from qettle about what had happened so refused to help.
In the end, I have a bucket under my kitchen sink to catch the drips from the slow leak, I have the pressure on the valve turned right down to a dribble to slow it down, and I just empty the bucket every now and again, there's also now a leak sensor in case the bucket overflows or the leak worsens.
Over the time I've had it, the tap has also loosened massively, and also the hot water stream has gotten very violent and therefore difficult to use with lots of boiling water splashing onto your hand.
We've had to pay to have dehumidifiers dry out our kitchen, and now some of the units have fairly minor water damage still but it's too complicated and expensive to fix.
Absolutely furious with this company and will be forever telling everyone how awful they are.
Reply to Qettle:
Wow, so even in reply to my review you ask for the photos again which were already provided? Is your script just to ask for photos over and over?

I love my Qettle 4-in-1 boiling water tap. It is so convenient I will struggle going back to a regular kettle. Not only that but their customer service is exceptional. I had a minor issue with my tap and they have bent over backwards to sort it out quickly.

The product is great and the customer service was wonderful. A local company, which I love and they are so accommodating to your needs.

these taps are pretty dangerous. The flow, once the tap is running, spits scalding water over hands holding cups. This is more than dangerous.
I have reported this to qettle for over four weeks, and they refuse to do anything about it. This is poor service.
The Signature duo are sleek, super effective and an absolute game changer! Water is absolutely delicious, compared to London's poor tap water. Highly recommended!

Looks great!
Love our immediate boiling water tap with chiller. Had an online demo beforehand also which sealed the deal. Very happy.

They splutter. Read what you like they splutter. All sorts of reasons are given to divert the situation away from the product but it splutters. Don't expect to operate it like a normal tap, it splutters. Nothing is perfect, that's life, take care and enjoy the convenience.

This is a review on the tank.
Well, after replacing many parts of the original qettle tap, we finally had itself replaced after it leaked in 2024. But now the tank has stopped working, it always had very low pressure for boiling water even after a flush and deep clean but now there was a smell, so we've turned the power off. I prefer a tank with temperature control tank as we don't want boiling water 95c will be fine, but qettle don't have such a tank. I am not sure which tank to get that works with a qettle tap. Most replacement tanks seem to not have the connection to the tundish to release pressure. Can I use any tank?, most have a cold in, & boiling water out and a tempreature control setting. So, will any tank work?
If anyone has used an alternative tank with their qettle tap, in particular the signature modern tap, please do let me know.
I must say we are quite pleased with the signature modern tap. But we continue to have problems opening the filter housing, its still jammed. probably needs a new rubber/silicon ring and some silicon grease if only I would open it without paying a plumber!!
For cost and quality wise, the orignal tap had issues soon after install, its cost a lot to replace parts paying plumbers etc. I think I can replace the tank myself, but Qettle don't have one with temp control, and there 2L is currently out of stock.
I know qettle are very good and respond to trustpilot, so Qettle could you please recommend a replacement tank with temperature control.

Quick service, really pleased with the tap, easy to get used to, clear instructions.
