Excellent product - great customer service. Installed 2 years ago, I change the filters and do the "deep clean" as instructed. Works faultlessly. However a friend tried (very hard) to operate... See more

Brilliant, British-designed and manufactured QETTLE boiling water taps are 4 in 1, and dispense truly boiling, 100°C water - so you can make a proper cuppa!
Simple and safe to use, easy to install and cost-efficient, it’s time to say hello to a QETTLE and goodbye to your kettle! And best of all, thanks to its unique, multi-patented design, a QETTLE is affordable, too.
As a family-owned business, we know great products and great people make the difference. We’ve lived and breathed kitchen taps for two generations and our fantastic team of dedicated in-house customer service, design, engineering and manufacturing means our family can be trusted to bring a quality, unique product into yours.
Always 100°C water, nothing less.
Filtered drinking water (you can add a chiller too).
Normal hot and cold flows.
It’s that simple.
BUY QETTLE ORIGINALWith two-stage safety and an insulated spout, a QETTLE boiling water tap is reassuringly safe. First of all, there’s the red safety clip. When in place, it makes it impossible for boiling water to be dispensed. Highly visual and tactile, it provides peace of mind for children or more vulnerable members of the family. There’s no need to remove the safety clip for filtered drinking water, so the kids can fill up safely and easily.
Secondly, there’s a handle lock. The button on the handle must be pressed down at the same time as the handle is turned clockwise. So even with the safety clip removed, it’s a precise and exacting action to get boiling water.
And of course, unlike a kettle, a QETTLE is fixed in once place, can’t topple over and doesn’t need to be lifted.
QETTLE boiling water taps can be teamed with 2, 4 or 7 litre boiler tanks. Making instant hot drinks is just the beginning, so think about how you'll use your tap before you choose its tank size. A 2L tank will give you 4 cups of boiling water in one go, a 4L tank delivers 8 cups and a 7L tank provides 14 cups.
BUY QETTLE SIGNATUREWhether you’re fitting your QETTLE yourself, engaging a plumber or using a QETTLE Accredited Installer, you can be confident that installing a QETTLE is fuss-free.
If you’re still doing your homework, a great place to start is our pre-installation checklist, which covers everything you need to know from water pressure to working out what will go where under the sink. Our step-by-step installation video is a must-watch.
As with any appliance, there is a small amount of care required to keep your cuppas tasting great.
Filter cartridges must be replaced every six months (we’ll send you reminders) and once a year you’ll need to deep clean your boiler tank. This is a very quick job you can safely do yourself, all you’ll need is £7.50 for your Kilrock descaler, and 10 minutes to follow our step-by-step video guide at QETTLE.com.
Our chrome finished Original tap provides all the features of our 4 in 1 range, at a really great price.

After researching for ages I decided to go for the QETTLE as it’s reasonably priced and heats to 100 degrees unlike some other makes
I wanted gold to fit in with my new kitchen and it looks amazing
So nice having boiling water on tap
Highly recommended

Still waiting for the installation so can’t comment on the tap function. Tap was delivered on 1 Nov and installation delayed until 15th, then 17th, 21st, 26th, 27th and 28th. Each time I have had to chase the installer on the day. He is very tardy in his response to messages and voicemails. I called the Helpdesk on Monday and asked for a callback from them. Still waiting on Friday 28th November!

The water splutters and spurts from the tap. We have got used to it now but I am concerned about family or friends using it.
Also safety lock button doesn’t always work so you think you’ve stopped the flow of boiling water but the lever rotates too far and dispenses cold water.

After my old hot water tap broke, I decided to try Qettle. I can honestly say that I’m so glad I did. This tap is brilliant. Not only hot water but fresh filter water too. It is well made and made in the uk. 10/10. My husband installed it, himself with, the help of the, YouTube video and guidance booklet. So pleased.

My purchase of a Quettle tap has been nothing but outstanding. From my initial call to technical support to purchase and supply, they could not have helped any better. No AI on end of phone but helpful staff that care.
The Tap itself is superbly made and of high quality, easy to use and looks fantastic.
Quettle get 5 stars and comes highly recommend from me.

Tap works well

Tried a previous hot tap but it could not produce boiling hot water. The Qettle does what it says on the box…boiling water.

Unfortunately our Qettle is still to be installed. Poor communication from the recommended installer who we paid when we purchased the Qettle means we only now have a date for installation on Nov 28 despite the fact the Qettle was delivered on Oct 23. You can appreciate we are rather frustrated!
Today (28Nov2025) I would now like to update my review of Qettle.
Following the review I wrote detailing the frustrations we were having regarding installation, Daniel Hobday (customer service manager) contacted me with an immediate apology and a refund of the installation fee as compensation.
The Qettle was successfully installed today by the recommended installer very professionally who had travelled from Chorley that morning (some 70 miles from where we live!!).
Our immediate reaction to the Qettle is that is excellent, does everything we wished and more from a boiling water tap. Certainly much better than the boiling water tap model (different manufacturer) we had previously.
Thank you very much to Qettle.
I was already a major fan of boiling taps however when I got my first one six years ago, I decided to go for an unbranded one just in case I didn't like it. Well that lasted me six years so I have no complaints however it was not a true boiling tap. It went to 98° now. I didn't think that that would be a major issue but towards the end of its life it really was.
This time round I decided the best thing to do would be to invest in a tap that was branded and there are many out there but I settled on Qettle and I am not disappointed. I decided that I also wanted cold filtered so I bought the chiller as well. Installed it myself set up was really easy it's definitely a true boiling tap. It's not an ugly shaped tap. It's lovely it's chrome and it really is the best thing I've ever bought for my kitchen. I would highly recommend this brand over any other and for somebody who works in the industry I will be highly recommend it to my customers.

Efficient and prompt delivery of tap. We used the in-house fitting service and the fitter was excellent - explaining and discussing placement of items.
We are delighted with the tap so far.
Would definitely recommend Qettle.

I found the company quietly to be really helpful however, when the tap arrived it is very good quality and looked really nice
It was awkward to fit, but the worst is the actual hot water feature I don’t know how the other brands perform but when dispensing hot water it sprays out and popping and spluttering it’s bordering on dangerous so unfortunately I’ve got a very expensive tap and just use the normal kettle
Shame really

This is an excellent tap. We had an issue, where the wrong tank was delivered but Qettle rectified it immediately and sent the correct one out the next day. We had it fitted by our kitchen installer, who said it was relatively easy to fit. The tap is very easy to use, there’s virtually no spitting and it looks great. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Arrived quickly and my husband fitted it (he is not a plumber). It took him about 4 hours but that’s because he had to go to B&Q to get extensions for the hoses as they weren’t long enough. A plumber could do it in about 30 mins I reckon. It works and doesn’t leak and it looks lovely and you can’t say more than that can you?

Easy to use , nice tap , just still got cloudy water. Is this normal with a hot tap??

Really helpful whenever issues occur, usually sending out free replacement parts and instructions on how to eg replace a valve 4 years in to ownership that has started to drip
Really great help identifying what the issue was and dealing with the free replacement promptly

We chose the 4-in-1 Signature tap and what a game changer it’s been. 100 degrees boiling water, filtered cold water and the usual hot and cold settings make this super stylish tap, in our opinion, the best on the market. We did our research and Qettle didn’t disappoint. We’d highly recommend this British brand

The instructions were easy to follow, and I fitted the tap in about an hour

Just fantastic customer service which nowadays is very rare. We had an issue but they resolved it superbly.

We love our Qettle tap. It’s great having boiling and chilled water literally on tap!
The tap itself looks really nice. The safety on the tap works well.
The only downside is that we feel that the boiling water cools down quicker than water boiled in a kettle. It’s not a big problem though.
