Worst hoster ever.

I ordered a dedicated server from QHoster with a promised provisioning time of 5 days. It has now been over two weeks, and absolutely nothing has been delivered. No server, no real updates — just endless delays and empty excuses.

Support is beyond useless. Every reply is the same recycled “tomorrow” promise, with zero actual progress. They clearly have no intention of resolving the issue. On top of that, they flat-out refuse to issue a refund or offer any compensation. At this point, it looks like they simply took the money and walked away.

To make things even worse, they had no problem sending a new invoice for a service that doesn’t even exist. That says everything about how they operate.

QHoster is an absolute disaster of a hosting provider. They fail to deliver, ignore their responsibilities, and hold onto your money while providing nothing in return.

Stay as far away from QHoster as possible.

P.S (adding because of the hoster answer):
"There was no prior communication from the client to ask us about current availability and delivery times, as the market situation is dynamic and changes, and not all custom configurations are immediately available and in all locations."

I've took configuration from the official site. There were no disclaimers about all these moments.

"More than 90% of the dedicated server market is for machines with 1 disk with up to 1-2 TB capacity."

It took 15 mins for me to find and buy 16TB server that is now already delivered. It cost me 120 USD.

"On top of that the location for the order of the customer is for a Datacenter, that is currently overbooked."

Support NEVER asked me about the possibility to host in a different datacenter.

"we do not offer refund, because most of our customers pay with crypto and due to the high volatility of the crypto market, we cannot offer refund"

I didn't ask for refund in USD. Exact crypto amount would be convenient for me. Especially considering the fact that I paid in Tether USDT, which is pegged to the US dollar.

"We are in constant contact with the customer in our Support ticketing system and provide updates on the progress."

No progress at all.

We are sorry for your negative experience.
However, we would like to make some clarifications on the current situation from our point of view.

We have received several orders for non-standard configurations (dedicated servers) with large disk drives. There was no prior communication from the client to ask us about current availability and delivery times, as the market situation is dynamic and changes, and not all custom configurations are immediately available and in all locations.

The current market, due to the AI hype, is one with extremely high prices on certain hardware components, like RAM memory, video cards and disk drives.
This makes little incentive for Datacenters to order very expensive at the moment big disk drives, considering that orders and demand for such custom servers is overall low.

More than 90% of the dedicated server market is for machines with 1 disk with up to 1-2 TB capacity.

On top of that the location for the order of the customer is for a Datacenter, that is currently overbooked. If the customer invested a little bit of effort to ask us, before placing the order - we could have offered different Datacenter (location), with much faster delivery for non-standard custom configurations.

And finally - yes, we do not offer refund, because most of our customers pay with crypto and due to the high volatility of the crypto market, we cannot offer refund. This is clearly stated on our Terms of Service page and is not a secret. It is our company policy.

We are in constant contact with the customer in our Support ticketing system and provide updates on the progress.

We see, that you posted a negative review about our company back in 2023. You were dissatisfied for some reason and decided to leave us a negative review here, instead of contacting our Support to resolve your issue. Fair enough.

But what we do not understand is - if your experience with us is genuinely so bad and terrible - why you continued to be a customer only to leave us again a negative review in 2024?
Makes no sense and speaks volumes about your personality.

Qhoster is the worst website ever!

Qhoster is the worst website ever!
Let me show you my experience:
1. Super slow hosting servers
2. Super slow website refresh
3. They say they have Paypal and Bank Account payments on the site BUT when you make a payment, they will tell you that it's now closed! It is totally their problem! Though, they don't extend your plan although it'a their problem! They will stop your site from working and stop your business because of unprofessional reasons.
I can't believe them!

Bank payments are still available, but this is a slow payment method, it takes about a week to confirm the payment, therefore is not recommended.

We do accept PayPal and card payments through PayPal. That option was always and continues to be available for our customers.

Good speed from servers

I fully recommend QHoster to anyone looking to run their own servers. Good speed from servers, almost no downtime and instant help via live chat. They are always able to help me with every question I have.

I have had excellent service and use of qhoster service since 2018 but I recently observed that their portal is not accessible. What could be wrong? Someone should please talk to me. Qhoster.com returns an empty platform.

Very professional and advanced web hosting

Will continue to using QHoster hosting for as long as physically possible. Good pricing for website hosting packages, plus cPanel. Response time is not always quick, especially at weekends, but the overall time to solve a problem is good because they don't waste time asking stupid questions. Thanks.

The worst customer support I ever encountered

This is the worst customer support I ever encountered from a hosting provider in my life.

I bought an SSL certificate that needs to be added to my website that is hosted with them.

I contacted the support asking them to guide me through (although I am not a tech guy).

They give my obsolete instructions, I am clearly doing something wrong, I am replying back to the ticket and the Level 1 support guy is blaming me?

I am asking if they can do it for me - since it is that easy a non-techie can do it - and still tries to evade me by trying to throw the blame on me for not being able to add the SSL to my website.

I've been going back and forth with their support for this issue for 3 weeks now and I can't deal with it anymore.

This is BY FAR the worst support I received in my life. Imagine buying SSL and they ask you to install it.

How obnoxious can this be?

From what I see, you didn't have any issue with SSL certificate, this is a false claim.
You had a web hosting account, that was suspended for hosting infected materials - Malware.

This is what made you dissatisfied, correct?
Why are you making false claims about us?

This is the reality - your account was hosting prohibited content:

They changed host names of servers on me without warning

The had a server hardware failure, and changed the name of their server which broke my entire site. I had to troubleshoot on my own to change host name in config files since their support was slow and completely inept.

Then after I reported that I solved the problem myself, all of a sudden their support responds quickly and repeats what I just told them. Then they blame the hardware issue on their contractor for servers. So QHoster is just a point of sales that's buying server hosting from other companies. What a bunch of crap.

My next hosting provider will be one that runs their own servers.

Qhoster SCAM BAIT

Ordered domain+hosting for 6 months to test out everything. Surprise surprise my domain points to a "Account Suspended" page. Adding files to FTP does not update anything. Opened ticket next day after ordering tried calling nobody answers to tickets or calls.

Stay far far away from qhoster ! Its not worth hosting a measly blog site ! Apparently I think they've gone rogue just fishing out for unsuspecting customers to steal their money. Its so obvious since googling 'qhoster rating' shows how 'happy' their customers are. The number of bad reviews is more than enough proof to stay the F away from qhoster.

QHOSTER is Fraud

QHOSTER is Fraud

I am using Qhoster from May 2016. In April 14 they turned of my server and didn't give me any notice. Their contact number is false. Their skype also not responding. They didn't pay back me also as I have paid next month bill there.
Also I have found they have another website like qhoster in another name. Which is also listed as fraud.

I have all screenshots also.

Be aware of them. I have moved all of my domains from there. Also Hosting account too.
