I have been a hosting and buying domains from qhoster . Having more than 15 domains with them . But for the past 2 months, none of the sites seams to be working , and no means to access and get back the files through cpanel or ftp . So i only have to point the DNS to new servers and start everything from zero .

I just want to warn everyone against qhoster.com . They took my money for the domain and it was pending although they got payment. Finaly I registered domain on godaddy.com , then status of the domain on qhoster changed to paid too LOL. They've never replied any support ticket since 12th April . If anyone from Qhoster.com reads this - please refund my order #264594 , amount 7.99 USD.
Besides their Live Chat NEVER works. There are much better VPS like routerhosting.com, forked.net etc.

Their service sucks, I have been an user for a year on their host, the live chat never works, the phone numbers are fake cannot be reached to real person, tickets take +72h to respond, lately my services got suspended by them and I couldn't even download my files which I have been working on more than 2 year, they are disgusting and ignorant team, after sending too much tickets asking for my files back, they deleted my account. Please don't buy their services, they are scammers.

Close Support Tickets without any action or reply.

I Paid for a hosting , domain with SSL , under 24 hours , my account was disabled without any notice and thier skype customer service will blcok and delete you as soon as they notice you have a problem , Bad support , Stay Away now

Scam do not buy from them, they just take your money and suspend your website after couple of days

Horrible horrible company. Scammed me out of thousands of pounds by billing me for services I had cancelled. Support tickets I raised about this 'mysteriously vanished'. Phone calls were never answered. Luckily I got most of it back through PayPal disputes. There are literally dozens of better options out there.

Very slow support - server down for 6 hours - no reply to tickets - avoid

I had an issue with a domain name transfer, and support was quick to assist me in getting it transferred without issue. Would recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable hosting provider.

1)Poor support and low quality service
2) Full ignoring my requests in the ticket system
3) IP addresses of VPS and VDS included in black/block lists of popular mail providers (aol.com , live.com , yahoo.com). My recipients can not receive my messages.

Your raiting of 1 star of 10. It's disgusting hosting reseller.

I usually don't do this but I has to take out time to save someone from experiencing the pains of using this hosting provider.
Words will fail me to describe how poor their support is. If they choose to reply you, they reply like 48hrs later. The last correspondence that broke the camels back was amazing.

A client just brought to my attention that it is impossible to access the site (MyHTTPSUrl) through Mozilla Firefox.
The error "Security Connection Failed" is always encountered. See attached image.
Also, I will like the domain to only be accessed via (MyHTTPSUrl). I NEVER want it to be accessed via (MyHTTPUrl) . All access via non secure http protocols should be redirected back to (MyHTTPSUrl).
Kindly treat as urgent please.

I bought from Qhoster a domain for 10 dollar, because they had a lot of payment options, that were fitting my needs. After the purchase I wrote them that I would need help to change the A-Record of my domain, to point it to my server, which I do have with another provider. Qhoster was letting me know, that I had to buy an extra service for 4.95 to do so. I wrote them several times and the maximum response was 1 line of text, which was never answering any question, they were always just asking for more money. This was just a simple task, so when what would happen when someone has a real technical problem with them. With Qhoster you on your own. You better stay away from them. All positive reviews of them will be written by themselves. I can recommend any of these services: For domains: Namecheap, godaddy, 1&1 and for hosting bluehost and OVH,

The worst support that you will ever have is with this company
I had a website hosted in their servers ... After a problem happened with an external domain assosiation ... I contacted support throw every type of contact ... and guess what ?
They only reply if you are not already a costumer .. But if you are one and you have a problem they just IGNORE your messages

I purchased a domain from them and used it for 2 years and everything was fine, when I wanted to transfer the domain to namecheap the customer service gave me 2 options to repay for the domain, wait for 60 days minimum and then transfer or (I quote exactly what was written) to "wait like 90-1000 days to be dropped by the registrar".
I can somehow accept the rule to renew the domain and then transfer, but telling a client to wait 1000 days to be dropped by the registrar? And the language it is written in is like a 17 years old boy works there as a customer support.

They allow phishing sites and after speaking with customer support and also giving all proofs they asked for they didnt took down the referred website.

OMG dont buy this service ever buy hostgator or godaddy if anyone need to prove that just ask me i have screen shots how they cheat to customer and take your money with useless server

I can say that QHoster have been simply a pleasure to deal with as I know anyone who needs help appreciates the relief one feels when they can readily contact a real professional person quickly and who is knowledgeable enough to answer your questions.
In addition to good pricing, uptime and support, QHoster also provides a very nice control panel with a large list of functions some of which cost extra at other hosting companies. I like their multiple server location choice: UK, USA, Canada, Bulgaria, Lithuania, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland.

I can highly recommend this web host for running any kind of web sites.
