Qooker 

Just had out qooker tap serviced by Matt, who covers London and the SE area.
What a fantastic engineer, very polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the product.
He was very thorough in checking out and descaling all elements ensuring everything is in tip top condition and working as it should. He was very clean and tidy, taking care to protect all surfaces before beginning any work.
Matt is a credit to the company!

I am so pleased with the service I have had with Qooker. From my first contact through their website the customer service has been first rate. I received a comprehensive response to my enquiry straight away. This offered me various options at varying price points to address my problem which I appreciated. I decided to go with the service as it had been a few years since the tap was installed. Booking an appointment was easy and convenient. The engineer Nathan was punctual and very friendly and professional. He did a very thorough service of my qooker tap and explained to me exactly what he had done and what the issues were. He addressed the problem and gave some very useful advice for the future. Nathan is clearly very experienced and takes great pride in his work. He cleaned up the minimal mess that was made during the visit and was very respectful of my home. I felt the price for the visit was very fair and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the product and the service visit to anyone. It was so refreshing to have such a positive experience from start to finish. Five stars without hesitation!

I couldn't recommend their customer service highly enough. Jason came out as I'd had some problems with the hot water. He replaced the tank, serviced everything and was friendly and professional - he even pointed out a sealant leak that I hadn't noticed around the sink which was so helpful.

Excellent service from Andy. Explained the issues and how he was going to resolve it. Was vigilant with his Covid measure and really helpful. He resolved the issue and was super tidy throughout the process. Can’t recommend enough.

The engineer Dave sent me a text message the day before to confirm his time of visit. They arrived at 8 am.
The Service and quality of the work was superb. Once the problem was solved, Dave explained everything that they had done, what to do if it happened again. They left the area as they found it, were both covid friendly Thank you both

On time, worked for 2 hours. Complex job with the sink, the electrics and he got all of it sorted out for us

Had to have a service and repair on my Quooker tap. Had a lovely engineer called Neil who ran me through all the do's and don'ts on using the tap and the maintenance of it as well. None of which, the installers ever told me. He was professional and courteous and very knowledgeable about the products and the installation. Great service.
