The response below which states’ While we are glad that the matter with your payment has now been resolved, we regret the inconvenience and stress caused along the way’ is a complete misrepresentation as it appears that the company has resolved the problem. In reality, I have had to claim under S75 with my credit card provider.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL HAVE MAKE A SIMILAR CLAIM AND WILL HAVE GIVEN THEM AN INTEREST FREE ‘LOAN’ UNTIL YOUR CHARGEBACK GETS PROCESSED.

Just have a look at the last few reviews! This shambles of a company is quick to take your order and money with clearly no intention of being able to fulfil the order. They will then send you repeated - probably automated - emails to say that they are having an issue with their fulfilment centre and the item has been delayed. They will then offer the option of a refund and will also offer a discount of 5%. Bear in mind that that they still advertise the items and give you an estimated delivery date despite being clearly being unable to fulfil the order.
After requesting a refund and cancelling the order, you will then get a series of emails to say that they are having an issue with their payment system and they don’t t know when you’ll get a refund. Pretty standard automated responses to look like personalised emails. However, their payment system is fine to collect money but not refund! What a joke. These emails come from ‘David’ who is supposedly a director but he defers to an owner.
If a legitimate company, I suspect it’s on the verge of collapsing. Save your money and time and buy from someone else.

Avoid, Avoid and Avoid agian. Ordered a pair of diamond and opal earings. They never showed up and neither did the refund. Excuse after excuse. I had to dispute the money with TSB, which was successfully upheld. I have my money back now so QP can deal with TSB. There is something going on behind the scenes, do not use. I hope everything works out for the people working there. Unfortunately it smells like a bankruptcy.

Order placed in June for our Ruby wedding.... August and still NO DELIVERY IVE Asked for a full refund. Do NOT order from this company. They had slightly more expensive alternatives and even the original is still in stock. Only want your money.

I ordered an Emerald Annalise Mosaic Huggie Earrings in 9ct Gold. in May, 2025, in value of £449.00. After delivery date passed and no delivery happened, I contacted the customer service and asked the status of order and they started to say they don't have information and they can't estimate any deadline for delivery. Week-by-week I received the same update.
They offered a small refund of £24.95 as a reduction to show they are good seller. I accepted and they refunded it in 3 days. However even after many weeks no status changed and no explanation of the reason of significant delay and no estimation and assurance received for any chance for delivery.
They offered the cancellation and I accepted and they said the refund takes usually 3-5 days. After a few days, they informed me that in my case it will be 14 calendar days. They also informed me week-by-week that the delay of refund is happening and they can't give me any explanation of the reason and even deadline for the refund. Until now only a Director of business's word is a promise to get the refund latest by the beginning of September (I do not know which year, only hope 2025) but no name, and contact and any further explanation of why refund is kept back.
I definitely warn everybody and my example shows how they really treat customers.

I had high expectations of QP jewellers with their very high reviews , I ordered a 50th birthday present for my wife in mid-June for delivery within a few days. (stock item according to their website) Nothing has arrived to date, constant pushback. Eventually, I asked for a refund, to which i received an acknowledgment and it will be with me within 3-5 days. This being nearly two weeks now, I receive another email saying refunds being pushed back until early September. Be cautious, only used fully insured credit cards, not debit cards. This sounds like a pending insolvency to me. BE AWARE!

I PURCHASED A NECKLASS AND EARING SET FOR MY DAUGHTERS 21ST BIRTHDAY AS A LITTEL EXTRA SURPRISE, I SOLEY MADE THE PURCHASE FROM THERE IMPRESSIVE ONLINE SHOP, I NOW WISH I HAD NOT AND I NOW WISH I HAD DONE MORE RESEARCH ONTO THIS COMPANY.
MY ORDER WAS PLACED 18TH JULY 2025. ORDER CONFIRMED AND PAID FOR. DELIEVERY DATE 28TH JULY 2025. I RECIEVE AN EMAIL ON THE 28TH JULY 2025 SAYING THERE WAS A DELAY IN MANUFACTURING. UNABLE TO CONTACT COMPANY BY PHONE. ONLY ABLE TO CHAT ONLINE. AN EMPLOYEE INFORMED ME THAT THE COMPANY HAD MANUFACTURING ISSUES WITH USA, IT HAD BEEN GOING ON FOR A WHILE AND THAT THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER. SHE OFFERED ME A REFUND OPTION. I TOOK THE REFUND OPTION, TO BE TOLD PAYMENT WOULD BE MADE IN 10 WORKING DAYS. THATS TODAY. LAST FRIDAY DAVID MESSAGED ME THAT THEY WAS A DELAY IN PROCESSING MY REFUND OF NEARLY A THOUSAND POUNDS AND REFUNDS COULD TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 3 WORKING DAYS TOO 5 WORKING DAYS. I CHALLANGED THIS BECAUSE THE SAME COMPANY ARE QUOTING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TIMESCALES.
TODAY DAVID WRITES TO TELL ME THERE HAS BEEN A FURTHER DELAY AND I WILL NOT RECIEVE MY REFUND TILL SEPT. NOT GOOD ENOUGHT - THIS COMPANY IS SELLING ITEMS THEY DONT HAVE AND WANT TO RETAIN MY MONEY FOR THREE MONTHS - THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.
THIS MORING I HAVE RAISED A COMPAINT WITH TRADING STANDARDS AND ASKED THE COMPANY FOR THEIR DISPUTE RESOLUTION SERVICE.
IF YOU ARE LIKE ME A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC READING MY REVIEW - I AM 100% GENUINE AND SINCERE - I WANTED TO CLICK ZERO STARS BUT THE SITE WOULD NOT LET ME DO IT.

Bought this ring for my daughter . It was of very inferior quality and bent out of shape . Had it replaced but unfortunately replacement was equally poor and again bent out of shape with very little wear . Company are now refusing to refund . So disappointed .

I ordered a bracelet for my wife’s Xmas present in November last year, and was impressed with the efficiency with which the order was processed, dispatched and the quality of the piece.
Sadly, my wife (who loved the bracelet) lost it (we believe due to a faulty clasp), so we claimed on insurance to buy a replacement. Cost of bracelet had risen, but they were good enough to sell at original price.
However, still not delivered after 7 weeks (original was delivered in under 7 days). There’s something wrong with the “fulfilment centre”, apparently. Ok, maybe Trump’s tariffs have led to delays, but this is getting ridiculous. Email to one of directors unanswered (of course).
I hasten to add that the relevant product is *still* shown on their website as “in stock” (which just adds insult to injury).
Sadly, can’t wait any further, so will be seeking refund (or small claims court, whichever…)

READ THE BAD REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.
8 weeks ago I ordered a necklace for my wedding, and today, after weeks of silence and then a few emails citing ongoing delays, I have cancelled the order. Throughout this whole process, and even now, the website still shows the necklace as available for delivery in a few days.
After six weeks of silence I got in contact with the company asking where my order was. Each time they contacted me thereafter, they said that delays were ongoing and to let them know if I wanted to cancel. The whole thing has left me feeling as though there is actually no stock at all, and the company just exists to hold on to large amounts of money for a few months to gain the interest then refunds customers? I don't know about anyone else but £400 is a lot to hand over for 8 weeks to receive nothing, and looking at the bad reviews this is happening over and over again. How much money are they sitting on until people have had enough?!
Apparently my refund will be processed in 14 days - only time will tell.

A bit disappointed that some reviews have managed to get a replacement or repair outside the 12 month warranty but I wasn't...

8/18/25 Update: It has been 2 weeks since canceling my order and QP Jewellers still has not refunded my money. Nothing but a giant scam.
Placed an order for earrings based on the expected delivery date. The day came and went with no communication from the company. Tried to get more information from the company but was only told it was delayed. Would not tell me the reason for the delay or when I could expect the item. Website continues to promise they can ship the item in 1 week. Nothing but lies and empty promises. Canceled my order, lets hope I get the refund

I placed an order paid in full, for a special gift ,the day before my delivery date , I received an email informing me that my order was delayed with a standard explanation. Which seems to be how this company operates takes payment holds on to that as long as possible breaking consumer acts. Stay away from this shower. I expect to have a long wait for my refund.

Very disappointed with this company. Having placed an order for a Ruby bracelet as a birthday gift on 8th June, with expected delivery on 18th June I received an email to say there was a problem fulfilling the order. Initially I was happy to wait but after a month and with no sign of the order being fulfilled I asked for a refund. Customer service were very helpful and said a refund had been processed and should be back in my account within 14 days. This did not happen and I received several more emails saying there was a problem with my refund and they did not have a timeline as to when it would happen. 7 weeks on from my original order and I am still waiting for a refund. A bad experience.

I am really upset. I ordered a ruby and pearl pendant from QP jewellers on 15th June 2025 with delivery date 25th June 2025. This did not happen and I received texts from Amy to say there was a delay in shipping the order. This carried on until 1st July when I received a partial refund of £14.45 (the cost of the pendant is £289.00) on 1st July. On 14th July I texted Amy to say the event I wanted it for had gone and I would like a full refund. Amy said she had gone ahead and processed the cancellation. On 18th July I received a text from David to say they were experiencing a delay in processing my refund. I received another text on 24th July 2025 to say they do not "have a confirmed timeline for resolution".
I am afraid that I will not get my money back so in addition to the disappointment of not have my piece of jewellery I am now £274.55 out of pocket. Other reviews seem to be good but I feel like I've been scammed. Has anyone else had the same experience?

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had
I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with QP Jewelers. I purchased a piece of jewellery from them in February 2025, which broke within two weeks. I followed their return instructions precisely and sent the item back via registered post. Despite this, they claimed they never received it—even though they had emailed me confirming they would refund the postage once they received it, which they did.
I provided them with Australia Post tracking proof confirming delivery, but th evasiveness, delays, ignored emails, and excuses dragged out over months. Eventually, after 4 months of numerous emails, phones call from Australia to the UK they finally refunded our money.
Throughout the process, they’ve shown a complete lack of accountability, poor communication, and an unwillingness to honour their own policies. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this company has earned it. Avoid them—there are far more reputable jewellers out there who respect their customers and stand by their products.

I made an order for a necklace in early May 2025 which was supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks, this order hadn't arrived by the end of May and when I reached out to customer service I was informed that "Due to shipping delays from our fulfilment centre" the order wasn't fulfilled on time, I received a further 10 emails over the following month to let me know that they are 'sorry but there's been no movement' on my order. Eventually after nearly 2 months of waiting for my order to dispatch I cancelled the order to receive a full refund. I was assured I was going to get a full refund and lo and behold I'm sitting here nearly a month later getting emails telling me that they are now having trouble processing refunds. I've had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company to get my money back! This company is a complete scam, they are either bankrupt or in the process because they aren't able to fulfil their orders and aren't issuing money back and continue to put on a facade of honest customer service! Stay well away this is only a recipe for disaster!!!

Disappointed and Saddened by the Lack of Compassion
My husband bought me a beautiful necklace as a wedding day gift — a deeply sentimental piece that meant a great deal to me. Unfortunately, the necklace broke within the warranty period. However, due to a house move and a bereavement, my mind was understandably elsewhere, and I wasn’t able to contact the company immediately.
When I finally did — just 10 days after the 12-month warranty expired — I explained the situation and asked if they could help. Sadly, they refused to repair or replace the necklace. I wasn’t even aware the item had a 12-month warranty, nor was my husband, and given the circumstances, I had hoped for a little understanding and compassion.
The fact that it broke during the warranty period and not after makes their firm refusal feel very inhuman. Life doesn’t always run to schedule, and I was saddened that a company selling such meaningful items couldn’t show even a small amount of flexibility or care.
I’m left with a broken necklace that should have been a lasting memory from a very special day — and a very bitter experience with the brand. I truly hope they reconsider how they treat customers going forward, especially in situations where empathy is clearly warranted.

I bought some black pearl earrings for my wife for Christmas and she really liked them.
Unfortunately one of the pearls has come off the mounting. Is it possible to get it repaired or replaced?
