Best company for all your ATV-Quad…

Best company for all your ATV-Quad parts, Nick, Dan and Luke are always on the end of a phone to help source parts for you and always super fast delivery, our farm has been using this company for years and have never had and issue from spending £10 for a part right up to hundreds of pounds the delivery is always fast. I purchased an Optimate Charger for my bike from quadbike wales 2.5 yrs ago , the team did test and sources a replacement as it was showing a fault .Now replaced , thanks Quad Bike Excellent service from the team ..Paul Yorkshire.

6 weeks for a refund as parts was numbered incorrectly

Bought a brand new quad bike from this company. Have sauced my parts from them as well over the years.
Bought a rear rack extender for the new bike I bought but it was labelled and numbered incorrectly by the manufacturer .It was returned 4 days after the initial order and it’s taken emails and phone call to be reimbursed 6 weeks after it being delivered back to them, and my reimbursement was less postage when it wasn’t me at fault.
Not a very good customer service.
I fear the people at the top are not so interested in their customers as their staff are.

Quad bike Wales

Quad bike Wales, WOW!!! What more can I say about them. They were the company in South Wales area that would allow me to make an instalment plan to pay off the Talaria xXx! And I was very skeptical as I'd never dealt with the company before, and was reading a lot of negative reviews on here. But I can tell you guy's first hand, I picked my Sons bike up yesterday and hhe gentleman who dealt with me and runs quad bike Wales fb page what an absolutely lovely guy! He gave me loads of information on the bike itself, was very helpful in securing the bike for me to leave, can't thank them enough!!! What an absolute TOP COMPANY 💯👌🏽 I will be buying from them again and also I will urge people to buy from quad bike Wales. Yes a lot of things are out of their hands ie waiting. I got very frustrated myself n put a negative review up. But have taken it down now. Guy's I urge you give ghem a chance, they're a very reliable company!!!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Ordered a Wessex flail mower from Quad bike Wales on 18th may lots of false promises that delivery was going to be made. Nothing by 19th June. Finally got hold of someone to cancel order. Asked for a refund. Still no refund on the 7th July despite calling and emailing. Never answer the phone. Never calls back! And don’t reply to emails.
This is not just a small £10 part it’s nearly £6000!!!!!!

Bought tyre online.3 weeks later it…

Bought tyre online.3 weeks later it hadn’t arrive. Didn’t respond to my enquiries as to where it might be. Eventually I rang the and then they lied during phone calls. Eventually they cancelled my order and refunded instead of trying to solve problem. Tried to blame DHL but even if they had sent it there is no excuse for ignoring customers concerns. One man even said it hadn’t been posted and would go and post it straight away.

Return request ignored multiple times

Ordered item on amazon advertised as universal fit.

Didnt fit, seller ignored all requests for return through amazon.

Had to spend 30 mins on support with amazon for them to force a refund their end.

Shocking company that sends out parts…

Shocking company that sends out parts that are damaged, dirty and clearly returned previously. Staff are rude, especially Dan Thomas who lacks basic manners.

EDIT - original review left March 2023 and Quad Bikes Wales respond a year and a half later. See your service has improved!

Very very poor !!!

Very very poor !!!! Sold me a faulty optimate and its taking forever to get a replacement. I had to report them in the end to get anything done but still dragging there heels

I am very disappointed about this shop

I am very disappointed about this shop. Didn't expect that people try to play silly games like this. Listing cheap to catch people to buy and then leave them in situation when i can't use it for travelling Description says you get bags and mounting material. Got the bags and no mounting material. Seller offered to send me a link to another ebay listing to buy them separately. It took me a week to get this bags after number of calls and messages to this seller . That was a proper waste of time .

Lots of parts for every ATV

Nice, local to me shop with ATV parts. Good customer service, quality parts. Couldnt find some parts even on eBay, but they got stuff for my Can Am, quick delivery too.

Defective goods and no refund or response.

Provided me with goods which were not as described and the goods failed to work. The goods were returned and despite several attempts to seek a response and refund, I have not been received either.

Just received a response 3 years later which commented on my patience. Is this a windup?
