Agents cant set up multi share class companies any more, but it does not tell you.
Have been setting up multi share class companies for clients for years using QCF. Must have set up around 20. Picked it on the website but it swapped the product to something else with only one class of share without clearly telling me. They eventually helped to sort it out but seemed to be blaming me for not noticing that the website glitched and the product changed. Should be much clearer message that agents can't buy this product then it should stop the purchase if you are an agent.

When you initially attempted to select the Multiple Share Class package, you were redirected to our Wholesale package, which is the only package we provide for registration by intermediaries (i.e. those who form a company on behalf of others). As previously communicated via email to all intermediary clients, including yourself, the Wholesale package is now the only option available for intermediaries. This is also clearly stated on our Wholesale package page, which confirms that no alternative packages can be used by intermediaries.
This change reflects a broader shift in how we support intermediary customers. Feedback we have received from intermediary customers led to us to ascertain that certain features included in other packages, such as Confirmation Statement filing, were not required. As a result, adjustments were necessary to protect the long-term viability and quality of not only our services but also our intermediary clients.
The Wholesale package has been specifically tailored for professional use and aligned with the needs of intermediaries such as yourself. As part of this refinement, certain services, including Confirmation Statement filing, have been excluded.
We are very sorry to hear about your frustrations and sincerely apologise if our communication gave the impression that we were placing any blame on you in relation to the Wholesale package changes. That was absolutely not our intention. We are always committed to clearly identifying where any miscommunication may have occurred.
As this is a new policy and offering, we genuinely value your feedback and are continually looking for ways to improve how we support our clients and develop our services. I have attempted to contact you to better understand your experience and discuss your feedback in more detail, but have not yet received a response.

my experience with their non-resident package + update for my current situation
I like that they provide live chat for customer support. What I don't like that they providing registration address, business address and service address and they all the same non of these will give you proof of address so you can use it for banking services. So you need to buy new address for this matter and they also do not provide that option so you need to purchase it from other providers
An update to my previous review:
I would like to keep my original feedback as it reflects my initial experience, but I also want to share an important update. Please read carefully.
After my review, their team reached out and made a genuine effort to help resolve my issue. They actively communicated with the banking service provider on my behalf and tried multiple approaches to find a solution. Although the issue could not ultimately be resolved, they handled the situation professionally and responsibly by offering and actually completing a full refund without terminating the services, so I now still have the service while also having received my money back.
I truly appreciate their support, transparency, and willingness to take responsibility. This level of customer care shows that they are a trustworthy and professional company that values their clients.
Based on this experience, I can confidently recommend them to others.
