First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologise for the delays you encountered. I’ve reviewed your account and agree that the initial communication from our Compliance team fell short of the standards we aim to uphold. The agent originally assigned to your case was unexpectedly out of the office for personal reasons, and during that time their inbox was being managed by multiple team members. Unfortunately, this contributed to delays in handling some orders, including yours.
In your specific case, I can see that further clarification was needed - particularly regarding your middle name appearing in your application but not on your ID document. This led to some back-and-forth with the team that, in hindsight, could have been resolved more swiftly, avoiding unnecessary delays.
We’re disappointed that the process didn’t meet expectations in this instance and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this caused. I’m glad to confirm, however, that your company has now been successfully formed.

I must say that Quality Company…
I must say that Quality Company Formation is very professional. They setup my company, transferred shares to my partner, setup HMRC CT600 & PAYE and registrations etc. No problem just provided the necessary information and the setup was completed. Any the costs are really reasonable.

Competitively priced and smooth process for company incorporation
Very smooth process for company incorporation, extremely well designed online application pages, no hitches. The prices was very competitive and they partner offers were good and came through via email with links to follow in order to avail the reward (6 months free Xero was a particularly attractive one). They also have a free pre-submission check which others charge for. Can recommend.
