Really happy with order. Arrived as promised and in time for a fine Bank Holiday weekend.

Very good I am very happy with the grass.

Turf arrived as expected on two pallets. I could not lay them on the same day as advised because the gardener who was laying them had to go earlier that day. Had an early start 6am the next day. Beautiful lush green turf went down a treat 80m2. Are well watered in now and the lawn looks great.

Easy to order, quick delivery, very helpful driver. The soil was far, far better than expected for the price, no heavy clumps and quality was consistent throughout.

The delivery driver phoned me when he arrived and asked where I wanted it as I wasn't there. He was very friendly.

The delivery driver was exceptional. He made sure that the delivery was located exactly where I needed it despite this taking up his valueable time.

I would strongly advise caution when ordering from this company.

I paid for soil based on their advertised service, but the order was never delivered. I was later told delivery had failed due to alleged access issues and road closures, however no delivery attempt was ever made to my address and no evidence was provided.

After payment, I was then told that an additional £100 charge would apply for “failed delivery”, which was not made clear at the point of purchase.

Attempts to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful. I offered an alternative delivery address and asked where the goods could be collected from, but received no clear resolution. Communication has been poor throughout, with calls not being answered or returned and WhatsApp messages going unanswered.

At this point I have not received the goods or a refund and have had to escalate the matter to my bank.

Based on my experience, I would recommend others proceed with caution and ensure all terms are fully clear before ordering.
