Great venue - and awesome staff. Everyone is committed to making this a great experience for students.
Service at the lunch venue was really poor due to volume one f people but the food was excellent

Stephen provided us with a comprehensive insight into the ITIL processes. The foundation level of the subject covers a lot of ground and ITIL mindest, this can be heavy going at first. The nature of the ITIL framework is hard at first but the trainer did his utmost to bring relevent real world experience into what is itinitally a dry subject. The ITIL subject could in future be delivered over an extra day to allow the subject to soak in, but that is my personal view. The folder provided by Quanta was a great help as a study aid. Thankfully due to Stephen's style I passed my ITIL foundation course.

Quanta is a professional training center where the students matter, they are not only delivered some great training they are also looked after in many other ways be it from the coffee and biscuits and fabulous lunch to arranging and adjusting to suit everyone’s needs.

Friendly staff with a family atomsphere. Nice to be at a training establishment with character and not a clinical corporate vibe.

Have used multiple times, well organized and consistent IT training provider with highly knowledgeable, experienced instructors. Wide choice of courses, the pre-course communication, facilities and overall service is all excellent. As is lunch.

Instructor very knowledgeable and matched the level of knowledge for the individual. Quanta managed to deliver the course on-site that enabled additional personnel to receive the training. The only minor issue was the hardware used not fully configured for the lab work, however the instructor quickly dealt with and resolved the problems.

A very knowledgeable instructor, happy to help with all of our questions.
