This course was fantastic.

The instructor was down to earth, enjoyable to listen to and inspiring.

The course content was a great start to core services and mainly getting used to the windows 2012 server.

The resources were good. Maybe could supply USB drives with content on.

Looking forward to doing more courses on Microsoft and hopefully with Quanta.

I was initially concerned that the Intermediate level of course was a level above my aptitude with Excel but everyone on the course seemed to be at a similar level which meant that nobody particularly raced ahead of anyone else. Our trainer was great and answered everyone's questions and was patient with those who needed more help.

If I had one tiny criticism it's that he didn't read the audience particularly well when working through the more complex examples. Sometimes it was clear that someone had gone wrong but the rest of the group kept barrelling along. However, one the individual shouted up, he was very attentive.

The course handouts were much better than those I've had on previous courses. Rather the usual complex Microsoft publication, the handouts featured the specific examples we had worked through, meaning that we could envisage a practical application when seeking to use our knowledge at work.

Very well delivered and tailored so it was more relevant to our SPOL site. Covered areas we needed help with locally as well as covering the rest of the course content.

The 3 day ITIL Foundation course was full of content but the course did not drag and I was able to pass the exam at the end with a minimum of fuss.

I have used Quanta 5 times now and will be using them again for a 6th next week.
The training delivery is excellent, the prices competitive and the support is fantastic.

Howie is an amazing teacher, very knowledgeable lots of experience and stories of past situations. It was fun but very well structured.

The training provided was good and I thoroughly enjoyed the content. My experience with PeopleCert on the other hand was somewhat suspect. The examiner was 30 minutes late for the exam and I had conducted my preparations for the time stated. Unfortunately 30 minutes into the exam I required a bathroom break and unknown to me of the PeopleCert policy that no bathroom breaks are permitted for examinations under 2 hours in duration. This then presented a dilemma as I was desperate for the bathroom, so this situation resulted in me only having 30 minutes to compete the 1.5 hour exam. Not much of a review, but more of a lessons learnt.

This course is well structured and excellently led by Alex, who succeeds in maintaining everyone's attention throughout the day. The course has the right balance of presentations, discussion across the entire group and breaking in to smaller groups for tasks. Supporting handout documents are good too.

I have used Quanta for many years and always found them to be an excellent provided whether on site or at their base.

Trainer was very informative and knew everything there was for you to ask. However, it would be helpful if we could have the documents we used so we can continue practicing as they were very useful.

Really Enjoyed my time there and course was really good thank you for looking after me that week on my course.

A dry topic the instructor did his best to provide lessons that continued to maintain my interest. I enjoyed the course.
