Staff were friendly and welcoming there was a very nice atmosphere, refreshments were given out. The course tutor was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions about the course

We had an excellent trainer. He managed to engage the participants in quite a dry subject. We all passed the exam and I certainly learned a lot.

Fun 2 days of training. I enjoyed the decsision making game and the listening exercise with the puzzle.

I have completed 3 ITIL on site courses with Quanta and have another booked. Passed all 3 so far and have enjoyed all of them but that also has a lot to do with the fact that we have managed to have the same trainer for all the courses. Quanta provided all the course notes required and there was time to do a mock exam as well..

Excellent training from enthusiastic and knowledgable instructors. The facilities are also very good with fresh coffee (important), fruit and biscuits available all day long.

I enjoyed the course and did find it informative and engaging. I am not currently managing staff but attended the course for career development as suggested by my manager, I feel that the managers that attended the course were able to get more out of it. Also, it was suggested that we read some of the course book provided, this book and information that we had read wasn't referenced in the day, perhaps it would have been helpful if this had been included as part of the day.

My aim was to pass the exam so that I can continue with the rest throttling towards being an ITIL Expert. The trainer helped me to do exactly that.

Great couple of days of training. The first day was very information and theory heavy which isn't my ideal method to retain information - I do realise that a lot of people benefit from this, however.
The second day was a fantastic way to put everything we learned into practice and really helped put it all in to context.
Our trainers across the course were Tim and Valente - both of which were fantastic on their respective days.

Great service from Quanta. The instructor Helen was fantastic and gave her valuable stories from her experience to help us tackle the ITIL Strategy concepts.

Useful training course where I learned some good stuff about Excel. The trainer was nice and would answer any questions we had.
