Excellent Course - The trainer was brilliant he made the course interesting despite the various levels of knowledge in the room; somehow he managed to get everyone involved and contributing.

The content suited my requirements which was a refresh of the processes having attended training many moons ago. An explanation of the latest terminology was very useful.

It's a good centre, however a few areas could be improved such as better revision packs and the length of courses should be revised.

Would have found it more useful if reference was made to the training hand-book during the training. Particularly as the subjects were flexible and therefore the sessions were not following the order of the book.

It was ok, mired by technical difficulties and wasn't shown anything we couldn't learn ourselves online.

Really enjoyed the course and got a lot out of it. They are a very accommodating training service and listen to your requirements.

Great trainer, knew Excel quite well however I expected them to have greater confidence in Excel's capability considering how much the course cost. However this did not take away from my learning and I got on very well with them and achieved my goals from the day.
