Two happy old folk.

Been two pensioners in our 80s we were a little apprehensive, about having this work done, but there was no need. From the purchase, the survey and the fitting very thing went like clockwork. Even the small delay for the gas engineer ( which was down to me) the work was completed in less than a day. Everything I was told would happen did ,even down to removal of the waste. Jake the fitter was outstanding .His work was clean and he made sure everything was tidy when he left . All calls made to me from the office and the follow up call from Tal polite and easy for me to understand, as were all the calls to and from the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Amazing kitchen facelift!

From the beginning of the process, right through to completion, the customer experience has been nothing short of 1st class! The team taking care of us, post survey, particularly Tal and Claire, our account managers, Kimberley (kitchen fitter) and Adam (quartz fitter) all did an amazing job, just exceptional!

Kimberly discussed all aspects of the install with us and made some suggestions for better aesthetics for our kitchen makeover. On-time everyday and cleaned up during and after every day, Kimberly pays attention to detail, all the way through, treating our home with the utmost respect at all times.

Following Kimberly, Adam came to fit the quartz worktop, super efficient, clean and very professional.

I cannot fault the service and the outcome from an outstanding team of individuals. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a cost effective way to bring their kitchen up to date.

Full price half a kitchen no care

Left same review on Joe’s doors as it’s the same people.
First the salesman (joes doors)was the surveyor. Did the drawings. This is where it went wrong. He never took into account any regulations in his measurements.
They came out (Quartzize now)The gas fitter removed the hob expected back same day to refit it. The guys fitted the pre cut quartz tops to the measurements in the plans.
Gas fitter cancelled said he’d be back next day. The fitting team (paid in cash) said they couldn’t leave without us signing the completion note. Not knowing what was to come we did it.
Next day gas fitter came and wouldn’t fit the hob. The cut hole was too close to the wall and the clearance to the extractor too close. Things the surveyor should have known. This feels like a scam
We had a charity bbq that weekend. And despite lots of calls they did nothing other than say they did their bit. No returns of calls or emails. They said sell the gas hob and use the money towards an electric one.
They only got in touch after we asked the bank to dispute the card payments. Then they rang us once, offered to fit an electric hob. This is weeks down the line by then we had to buy a plug in and play hob, as no electrician would fit it due to hole being too close to the wall. They used our photo evidence to tell the bank they had offered a solution and we had declined it.
I’ve offered to pay 50% of the cost, as they only did half their job.
No response, rang twice this week. The lady dealing with the initial complaint no longer works there. Still waiting for a response. Which is unlikely now as the bank have sent the money back. We are now in a situation where we have paid a lot of money for half a job and had to actually buy a hob at our expense. A company that gives no hoots about customers if they have their money. I would avoid them like the plague. I have to go to trading standards now. It’s a disgrace. They will most likely remove this review. It’s what they do.

Your kitchen was surveyed and installed according to the agreed plans and measurements. The quartz worktops were cut and fitted precisely to the specification signed and approved by you. Following the fitting, your independent gas engineer removed your existing hob and was due to return to reinstall it. When he later refused to do so, citing the distance to the wall and extractor, this was the first time any issue of “regulation clearance” was raised. Our team had no prior indication that your chosen hob or extractor would not comply with regulations, as the measurements provided were confirmed during the survey.

Once you reported this, our customer service team offered to fit an electric hob as a gesture of goodwill, providing a practical solution to ensure you had a working kitchen as quickly as possible. This offer was declined. You subsequently chose to purchase your own plug-in hob, which was entirely your decision.

At no stage did our fitting team act improperly. They completed the installation to the plans provided and obtained a signed completion note confirming that the work had been carried out to your satisfaction. This is standard industry practice.

We understand your frustration regarding the gas hob, but this was not a result of any negligence or deception on our part. Your claim that we “did half the job” or “scammed” you is completely unfounded. We also strongly reject the suggestion that we ignore customers once payment is received — our records show that we made several attempts to contact you to resolve the matter.

We are aware of the anonymous page you are a member of and have taken formal legal steps to identify those responsible. Unfortunately, as the page prevents us from posting factual replies, misleading statements remain visible without the opportunity for correction.

For example:
• One claim alleging that we “change our name to avoid tax” is demonstrably false — our full company accounts are publicly available on Companies House, showing significant tax contributions.
• Another claim involved a customer who received the exact colour she signed off on multiple times, yet later denied her own approval.
• A further example concerns deposits: bespoke, made-to-measure products are non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced, but deposits are returned in full if an order is cancelled prior to production.

We are a well-established business, installing around 200 kitchens every week — the largest kitchen makeover company in the UK. We employ over 200 staff and support many more through our supply chain. We also actively contribute to local charities and community initiatives.

While we accept that no company is perfect and issues can occasionally arise, we always resolve them promptly and professionally. What we will not tolerate, however, are malicious or fabricated claims. These have real consequences, and where necessary, we will take appropriate legal action to protect our reputation and our team.

Shocking experience

Shocking experience . 4 visits to get the kitchen correct.plus left side panels off the plans.Therefore left the kitchen looking poor quality and unfinished .
I am still having problems.i would shop around

High Costs & Poor Customer Service

Quote extremely high. Quoted £4400 for 2.6 sq.m of 8MM overlay, plus 5M upstands. Signed the contract on the day and paid a whopping 45% deposit. I called the office 2 days later to ask if costs would be reduced as, on surveyors advice we changed to a different sink option - which would be less time and work, therefore cheaper! I was told no, when I complained, I was told I would get a call back but only got a call back when I chased up with several emails. Having lost confidence in this company, I have requested the order to be cancelled & my deposit to be returned but have been told I can't cancel as materials already ordered! This is very hard to believe as I called the office the same day as the engineers visit and was told by the salesperson that it would be 6 weeks before the installation. I have emailed the Customer Service team and so far have only received an automated reply to say they will respond within 72 hours! That email was sent 5 days ago. Anyone considering using this company, please please read all reviews, take note and be aware.

Our quotations are based on a full, bespoke manufacturing and installation process rather than a simple overlay, which is why prices can vary from those of off-the-shelf or standard options.

All items are custom-made to the exact measurements confirmed by our surveyor. As manufacturing can take several weeks, production begins as soon as survey details are uploaded to avoid installation delays for our customers.

While bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun, we do always try to assist if a customer wishes to discuss changes — though we cannot promise that alterations will be possible due to the made-to-measure nature of the work.

We’re sorry if communication fell short of your expectations and will continue to review our processes to ensure customers receive clear and timely updates throughout their journey.

Had a kitchen makeover from Joe's doors
Quartile worktops are beautiful and fitted with prescion doors and accessories are stunning, the quality second to none and all the little extra touches they did was amazing and completed the look
Price was good too
But the star of the show was my fitter Chris who was so professional friendly, & he even cleaned up the mess wow amazing
All rubbish was removed from premises

The transformation was smooth

The transformation was smooth , fast and very efficient. I love the worktops and they look and feel just like solid quartz worktops. I absolutely love the fact it was done in a day and have transformed my old and tired kitchen without all the upheaval and cost of a new kitchen, although that’s what it looks like. So glad I went with a proper company.

Above and Beyond

Our two fitters Steven and Nicola went above and beyond in installing our Quartz counter tops. The day they arrived we were having horrendous stormy weather. The precise cutting of the tops had to be done outside and they erected a gazebo, but that was promptly blown away and broken. However, Steven would not let the weather beat him and continued to carry on regardless. The installation was completed perfectly, we have a lovely kitchen and our thanks go to both of them for their endeavour and sheer professionalism.

The whole process of choosing to do this has transformed with minimum impact and i would highly recommend.

The whole process of choosing, booking and installation of my new work tops was seamless and very organised.
The finished product is amazing. The fitter, Jake, arrived on time, very organised and completely focused on the work he was doing. He finished earlier than expected. The work tops look amazing and I'm so pleased with how it has transformed my kitchen.

Quartzize Worktop -wonderful experience thanks to Alastair

We were visited by Alastair of Quartzize. He arrived as scheduled. Alastair was extremely thorough in his explanation as to what the company could offer us. The samples provided were sufficient for us to make a choice in relation to a replacement work top. Alastair provided us with an extremely reasonable quotation for the work and arranged for a contractor to visit us to finalise our order. Alastair was extremely friendly, polite and professional throughout his visit to our home. He is an asset to this and any company who employ him. Thank you Alastair.
