Absolutely fantastic customer services!
The customer services team really went above and beyond to sort out a fault which had developed on an item purchased 8months ago, they liaised directly with the supplier and kept me updated, the issue was very quickly resolved and I can't fault their work. Thank you.

I read with interest the below review with the Challenger T2 parasol, as I bought exactly the same product. Obviously, it's not made by Qubox and it is a higher spec product they retail to their customers. What I like about Qubox is, unlike so many others, you can ring them and they will answer the phone straight away. My product came fast and in perfect condition. I had a query and they looked into it and came back fast to help. Nothing wrong, I just wanted to double check on assembly. I bought the 120kg base, they even have 150kg, but good luck moving that. So when I set it up, it was pretty windy and the 120kg base did move out of position which surprised me, but it's because the parasol is so massive and very thick and strong. It moves about in the wind itself to prevent it getting damaged, but it's just not designed for windy days. In lighter winds, it is absolutely fine. If you really want to try and use in the wind, you can actually buy weights to go on top of the base, or with help, bolt 2 parasol bases together, so there's always a solution, but any large parasol will be like this, no matter who makes it. When we have the far more frequent hot weather we have been getting in recent summers, this parasol is amazing, as you can literally angle it into any position you like. Qubox supply good products, it's just important to thoroughly research what you buy to make sure you're going to be happy with it, but in terms of their service I think they did well and have already used them again, and will in the future.

We ordered the Barcelona outdoor corner lounge set, after confirming on the phone that it was in stock, as other sites had it advertised as still in stock, which turned out not to be the case. Communication was great throughout, we had a confirmation of the delivery date, then on the date itself had a phone call to say there were 15 minutes away. Packaged well on the pallets, and now it's constructed, we're delighted so far, very comfy and suits our garden space

Purchased challenger 2 parasol together with manufacturers recommended base. This cost approx £600. Wanted to have a good reliable product for my wife who has had health problems.
You just cannot use the parasol when there is any wind
Also when tilted to lowest setting parasol and base would have toppled over if I hadn’t have stopped it
Customer service were next to useless and not interested in the problems I was experiencing
Be the warned, this product cannot be used even in light windy conditions. The company has a lot to learn with customer interaction as well. Will never buy from them again

And there we go, you failed again to understand the product is not fit for purpose. Yes I did open it and set it up, what else you do you expect

Ordered parasol cover on 6th May and received 17th May 2023.. Extremely poor service.. given 3 different delivery dates.. the item ordered took 10 days to deliver.. I could have got next day delivery with my Amazon Prime but decided to give Qubox a chance as was getting 10% off.. boy was I wrong in my thinking.. eventually spoke to manager who could not compensate and told me to refuse delivery to get a refund? What? after waiting 10 days? Do you think customers are stupid or what? Need to get your act together Qubox!!!

We bought 2 cantilever parasols with concrete wheeled bases, ordering the advised base weight given by the website. Normally I’m a bit tight, but told myself that you get what you pay for, so paid £400+ for the parasol and £245 for the base - EACH.
One parasol had a faulty locking arm so we were entitled to a refund. Unfortunately, these parasols are not stable in any sort of breeze! (I have a small walled garden, not in a hill top!). They duck and dive above your head, and one of them nearly fell over - was luckily caught by swift action of friend.
I'm now left with a parasol that I'm afraid to use in any sort of breeze and a base at £245 as I don't want to buy another parasol - I think I'll go for a pergola/gazebo.
Qubox have refused to take back the redundant base which incidentally is the incorrect base according to Annie in CSs. - I have made many calls to CS! ( I reiterate this was the base suggested by the website). Basically I have products not fit for purpose.
I emailed finally to suggest I purchase the pergola with them at nearly 4 x the price if they accepted the return of the redundant base. Flat 'No!'. I had to call them twice to chase a response as they couldn't be bothered to respond to my email. Thank you Josh for your intransigence.
There is a 10% discount on the site atm but I will not buy my pergola from Qubox- especially after reading the review below on this product.

Ordered a table lamp from here before checking any reviews. So was delighted when it arrived without any problems. Would order from them again

Qubox was far and away the cheapest for the Titchwell day bed we’d seen and wanted. It was also free delivery. Within 2 days they were ringing to see when we wanted it and the next day it arrived, complete. Very pleased.

We hunted around to find a large, sturdy outside storage box and found it was a bit of a minefield. After reading product reviews we decided to pay a little bit extra and get a Qubox XXL box and it arrived the next day!

The assembly Instructions were very easy to follow and once built I’m really impressed with how sturdy it is - well worth the money.

Unfortunately there was some very slight damage on the lid but having contacted customer services they responded immediately and have dispatched a replacement without quibble.

Will be using these guys again for sure - great product and great service!

A very incompetent company.

Ordered a pergola which arrived badly damaged, they sent a replacement which was also damaged in some of the same places.

We almost managed to get one undamaged pergola from the two damaged ones but needed one more part.

Asked for a replacement part for one part which was damage on both pergolas. First, the wrong part was sent. We asked them to send it again and have just received the correct part but... it's also damaged.

This has been going on for 7 weeks and we still don't have one undamaged pergola after 4 attempts at delivery.

This company seems to be operated by monkeys

Ordered yesterday, arrived today. Fitepit purchased. I've seen some negative reviews, but from my point of view I cannot fault qubox. Great service and emails received when despatched and when delivery should be. Well done

We ordered a gazebo from Qubox which we knew at the time was out of stock. The date given for restocking was spot on and contact was superb. We were given a dispatch date and on that day the gazebo arrived. Excellent company to deal with. Gazebo itself was good value for money and good quality, easy to put together too!

Very happy with the parasol and base I purchased. They arrived quicker than promised, and both are great quality. The base was 90kg, but the delivery man was very helpful in getting it into our garden. I also found their price to be very competitive, but that's maybe because of their sale.

I bought a MWH curtain pergola for £1399 via qubox. The site said 14-21 days for delivery.
Afterwards I read the reviews on here and got very worried after spending so much money.
However less than 2 weeks later I get a phone call offering me a delivery for 2 days time.
Delivery day came and a chap called to say he was an hour away. Little over an hour he arrived and helped take the goods to the garden.
Later the same evening we built the pergola with no issues and are extremely happy.
Will buy from qubox again after having such a pleasant experience.

terrible customer service. sent the wrong item, required photos of the wrong item and then disputed that it was the wrong item! no apology either
