Poor Customer service ! They Don’t Care !
Purchased an expensive parasol with a weighted base and cover ! Only to find out that the base was incorrect so ordered another and after taking payment received a e Mail refunding the payment cancelling the order because not available until 2022 !
So decided to keep the parasol and spend another £200 on a different base !
We could have sent everything back but as I live in Kent and like to support local companies we proceeded with the order !
One piece of the base had to be returned and we have been charged £20 to send it back !
Absolutely fuming and will never use this company again !
We are in the middle of a big garden upgrade/renovation and will be purchasing lots of garden items !
Not with Qubox !

Faultless from order to delivery
Am really surprised at some of these reviews. My experience was faultless; ordered at 21.42 on a Thursday evening and it was delivered on the following Tuesday. If you're still unsure, check out their reviews on Feefo!
This company is terrible
This company is terrible, All the things they brag about on the website in regards to keeping people updated on any changes on pre ordered items are just lies. They don't respond to their ( contact us ) online form and neither do they answer the phone. I have cancelled my order with them.

kingston 16’x10’ curved carport. Not fit for purpose. Despite costing £754 the roof panels are made from flimsy polycarbonate sheets. After the first high winds they flexed and blew away. Customer service stated that it wasn’t their problem and passed me onto the manufacturer who said it’s not there problem because it’s not designed for high winds!! Really? This is a carport being sold in England. Unfortunately this is not fit for purpose. Each panel costs another £50 to replace. Do not buy this item unless you can guarantee no wind.
Delay after delay. Appalling customer service.
We ordered a shed and storage box from Qubox at the beginning of March with a stated delivery of 15-20 days. When that time expired with no contact from the company we emailed and were told deliveries in our area would commence in the fortnight commencing 19 April, already weeks after the original delivery date. We waited until this second delivery window had expired with no contact from Qubox and emailed again. This time we were told deliveries in our area would commence either the week of 4 May or 10 May. We told Qubox these continual long delays in delivery were not good enough and asked them to expedite our delivery. They then unilaterally cancelled our order, claiming that we had breached their abusive behavior policy. Nothing in our correspondence was remotely abusive. I wish we had not wasted our time with this company. They have a slick website, but our experience is that their delivery times are entirely fictitious and their customer service is appalling.
Great furniture
Good communication, happy with service level and love the chair. Reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that the recommended cover paid for is way too big for the chair so not fit for purpose. (Chair 2 m diameter and cover 2.5m - just flaps too much in wind so need to buy smaller one)

Terrible company qubox took my orders on a shed end of February 2021 I was told at the point of order it would be 21 days by not hearing very much from them after that time I did like any normal customer would do and started chasing them may be called every week once had a call on the 6th April from delivery service to arrange my delivery but saying they had no information of my fitting service which was paid for at the same time as purchase of the shed so they now can’t deliver as they need a time frame that can deliver and install
Despicable communication very unprofessionally qubox passed the blame to there fitters which is so unprofessional by the end of April I lost my patience as no closer to a confirmed delivery date I complained again then received and email stating my order has been cancelled due to there abuse policy I complained I have every right to complain, the truth of the matter is I believe is that they couldn’t adhere to my order and Instalation so they blamed it on me complaining to refund my money stay away from this company unless you have months to waste
Brilliant Service
Ordered an outdoor table on Sunday afternoon. I dropped them a call on Monday to confirm the stock and spoke to a very nice & professional lady who confirmed everything was on their system. Table was delivered on the Wednesday. Perfect service and would certainly recommend them. 👍🏽
Poor customer service.
Ordered a gift - Qubox sent the wrong colour but refused to replace as the recipient had opened the box and assembled (they did not know it was the wrong colour). Not even a goodwill gesture offered ie a couple of free gas cannisters for the item would have been nice ! Gave them the chance to sort this - they have not risen to the challenge - will not shop with them again. Other retailers are available for this item !
Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish, took my payment, no update, endless emails send just to be told they don't have it. Waited 3 weeks n then cancelled my order just because I said they are not honest with customers! Just wasted my time on this unprofessional company!!!! Would give 0 stars!!!
Order shipped - No Delivery
I ordered on 9th December. Received an email to confirm it had been shipped and another email stating current demand and covid would delay the carriers. Gave up waiting on 21st and called. I was told they would look into it and call me back. Now Christmas Eve and still no call back. Thanks that’s one less present I can give! Please get in touch and either refund me or despatch a new one!
Really poor communication and delivery management
Placed an order last Friday which i required for the following Thursday (today) and its been awaiting shipment the whole time.
Tried to email early in the week to find out whats happening and got no response so called up - and although the lady was lovely they just said they were looking into it. After chasing again today i've been told they just didn't process the order for 3 days for no reason.
Apologies from them are appreciated, but its really poor communication and management leaving me without the product i needed today for no reason.

Ordered an item, a couple of slight delivery issue with updates but it arrived. 6 months later item developed a fault. Sent them a message, got a reply that they will look into it, and a few days later a replacement item arrived.

I ordered a fairly expensive BBQ from Qubox. They let me order it despite the fact that it was out of stock and didn't warn me. As a result it took three weeks to arrive and I had to chase them up. When it did eventually arrive it came with a very short gas pipe and half of it went under the frame of the BBQ. That meant that there wasn't enough free hose to get near my gas supply. When I asked to exchange the hose for a longer one they basically said it was my bad luck and I was on my own. Pretty poor service when a longer hose would have cost £2 or £3.
