Website easy to use, search and filter, competitive
After searching for some time on the internet for a particular fixing, I came across Quest, with an easy to use website, competitive prices and very wide choice of products. They are too far away for me to collect, but I made up an order and got free carriage, most came the next day, with the balance the following day. I will be making this website a regular visit!

Excellent experience all round
Excellent experience all round. This is my 2nd solid brass piano hinge from Quest and the quality is great. Delivery has been super fast and the 1.8m hinges were well packed on a plank wrapped over a strong "V" shaped covering. Phoned them about special hinge screw and immediately got through to a very knowledgeable person who not only pointed me to the correct screws but also expedited them onto the hinge order before it left, saving me two delivery charges.
