AQ89 draught excluder
I ordered some draught proof strip (AQ89) and it arrived the next day in a 2,1 metre carefully packaged parcel. Couldn't ask for a better service, will definitely use Quest Hardware again.
Actually I ordered the same item from another supplier ( Top Class Carpentry ) and had been waiting for over 3 weeks and it still hadn't arrived! My neighbour wanted some for his front door and I used Quest Hardware for his order which is what I am reviewing here.
My order from Top Class Carpentry arrived eventually, rolled up and bundled in an APC delivery bag!!!!
Guess who I am not recommending !!!!

Great hinges but useless fixings
Great hinges but useless fixings. Round headed screws supplied so the door never closed as the screwheads hit each other on close, so had to supply our own flat headed screws. Fedback to Quest who simply said 'sorry they werent suitable' .. not a great customer service experience

Oversized brackets
The service I received from Quest was second to none. My order arrived in less than 24 hours from time of ordering.
However , the 350 x 350 shelving brackets that I ordered whilst being very robust and well made were not 90 degrees. They were more than 90 degrees so as I'd already fit the battens for the sides of the shelves to sit on when I fit the brackets to the centre of the shelves the shelves only sat on the very front of the brackets. I had to pack the gap between the bracket and shelves near the wall.
I ended up having to bodge a job which otherwise was a good job because the brackets were not 90 degrees as stated.
