I didn't get the confirmation email quickly but I got the products very speedily, exactly as ordered and when I wanted them.
I spoke to the team and they were very friendly and helpful, particularly under the current challenging lockdown circumstances

I ordered some parts for my kitchen…
I ordered some parts for my kitchen drawers that i struggled to find in my local outlets (North West) so i looked online and Quest had the parts and at a good price for the original part not a spurious part...BONUS. Now i understand we're living in unusual times (CV19)so we have to be patient with delivery slots and when the part didnt arrive in the scheduled time it only took one call to Quest for the issue to be dealt with and resolved without having to wait and see if it turns up. I will deffo use Quest again AND wouldn't hesitate to recommend Quest to friends or family A+++
