Good delivery but prices high

Good delivery. However, I know there's increased demand but the prices were very high and then the VAT and delivery charge was added at the last moment. I know this is standard on some websites but it was just more than expected so I would just say to check the final price when first researching.

Goods always in stock

Goods always in stock, never a problem with collect or deliver, great range of products. Some prices higher than other retailers, but always great quality items.

Placed an order online on Monday 6th…

Placed an order online on Monday 6th requested delivery on the 9th Thursday, had a lady from quest call on Tuesday morning to say I could add to the order that day and it would be with me the following day the Wednesday 8th I said no i had requested the 9th and she said oh yes that's fine it will be the 9th so what do Quest do they deliver it on the Wednesday 8th in the afternoon when I was not there so the driver had to leave it in an unlocked cabin.
