Can't figure out how to alter business statement form; can't learn how to use Quicken easily/don't have time to search thru your help area

Chronic problems with downloads of credit card activity with no coding even though many of the vendors are pre-existing with prior activity. This is one of the primary reasons for using Quicken and I getting ready to give up.

Mac printing on 3.5" checks hasn't been aligned for years.

My Mac computer is at home and I work full time away from home so never can get to call CS support. 2 attempts in last 2 years have not resolved these issues.

your price keeps going up and i cant afford it anymore, also when certain updates happen it messes up other parts, than another update.

Has lost its personal touch- not excited about working a problem out with someone who speaks a minimum of English.

VERY EASY TO USE

Everything I need to do can be accomplished in Quicken. I've used it for 34 years and all that data is still available.

I've called into Customer Service 2-3 times and not only can I understand & hear them, they have been very helpful! A couple times, they worked with me for over an hour, to correct the issues.

I dislike the high cost and the renewal every year

Quicken support is great and the program is easy to understand and use. Very helpful in maintaining my finances.

The software never learns the catagories of payees consistently. Always have to babysit the transactions.

I have used your product for years with few problems. A recent change pits a popup where I used to get transaction updates and I can't get rid of it.

For years I maintained the ability to run Windows programs on my Mac computer so that I could use Quicken for Windows. About a year ago, I switched to Quicken for Mac as I believed that it had almost caught up with the Windows version. There are still a few missing capabilities (e.g. handling brokerage accounts with a connected cash account), but I am happy overall. The Mac version does have some features that are superior to the Windows version.

I've been using Quicken since the Apple IIe days in the 90's. I have decades of financial data on Quicken and it would be very difficult to not be able to use it.

Used it as a mint replacement - think most of the transition and user experience is smooth. Cannot say it’s miles better but think overall it’s fairly stable and well maintained. One major disappointment is pricing. Despite being an early payer, the company keeps raising prices. It’s getting to that point where I seriously consider switching. I hope they would honor early users and not keep raising prices. At some point the users will have to say no and hopefully someone comes up with a vibe coding alternative.

Not sure where the problem lies, but lately download has not met a continual flow of information downhill. For instance, I download The 13th 14th and 15th bank information for the month. I come back a week later to download the next week. But it seems it skips some randomly I don't get all of them and I have to go back and audit everything and make corrections

Quicken Classic has helped tremendously keeping me in budget and estimating future "extra Monies".

It is not recognizing my credit card to download but does the checking and savings from the same account.
It is still showing a payment that I have paid off and deleted the reminder numerous times. Even tried the suggestion but it is still showing up.
