Have been using Quicken for a number of years. I did not update last year because my Windows 10 was getting old and I do not use the features that require an update every year. I purchased a new laptop with Windows 11 and in order to install on the new device I updated Quicken. This has gone smoother than I could imagine, thanks for making it so seamless and easy, I do think the update cost is too high, maybe a discount for the number of years that I have used the software?
Quicken has THE best customer service
Whenever I call Quicken customer service I am impressed by the person who helps me. The call gets picked up right away with a live human. The person assists me to resolve my issues with patience, walking me through every step on my computer from beginning to end. I get complete answers with consideration and respect. I don't get this kind of service from any other company.

I wish something would replace Quicken. They keep adding crap that I don't want and it costs too much. In all fairness, it fails less than it used to. I only want it to download transactions from my many banks and brokerages. I still have to log into the various banks and brokerages to make trades.

You could do a better job of letting users know what items are cleared and paid through credit cards versus which ones are still pending. That would be most valuable on the screen showing transactions on the account.
Providing a place for instructions to for example change drop Downs that highlight prior payments would be valuable. When I called your HelpDesk, they told me I’d have to subscribe to an expensive contract to get that support. These improvements would make a big difference.
Just about everything
Just about everything. Program has become so large and heavy it's slow and cumbersome now doing downloads during reconciliations the new bill connect system doesn't work for me at all and the price of the version of software that I have is extremely expensive now. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it started with a clean slate done repairs no advanced repairs done validations it's not working out for me anymore. I've used quicken for years and years and years and it's always been my go-to software for finance and control at this point I'd be better off with a paper checkbook

I have been using Quicken since 1995, when I bought the first CD and installed on my computer. My data has just increased over the years and I can look back and see the benefits this has been. This has been the best way to budget my money and track my investments.

Overall the Quicken program is very good but it seems to be getting slower loading and doing connections to update accounts from external sites. There are a lot of nice features that I currently have no need of; there are some very nice reporting features which I do use.
I’m disgusted with Quicken
I’m disgusted with Quicken. Without warning, Bank of America changed its downloading mechanism to Quicken. Neither the Bank nor Quicken alerted their customers. Suddenly transactions were missing, duplicated, and just plain wrong. I spent months on the phone with Quicken Support but they were never able to resolve the issue. I have stopped using Quicken and will never use it again.

I've been using Quicken for more than 2 decades and so have a great deal of data tied up in the product. I am pretty locked in. Kudos to the company for maintaining the product as they have I am grateful for access to this. But I dont recommend this to my kids. It's a boomer product that will sunset with the rest of us.
Online Bill Pay continues to be poorly designed and implemented. This is not in keeping with a premium product pricing that is in place
