Many customers have used the product for years, appreciating its ability to organize financial information, track expenditures, and simplify tax preparation. They find it helpful for managing various accounts, including bank, credit cards, and investments, with some noting improvements in the software over time. Getting There

Easy to use and improving consistently. However, the classic mobile app needs significant improvements, including invoicing capability.

Your annual fee has become ridiculous

Your annual fee has become ridiculous. And you have the gall to keep raising it every year for little tweaks that brings little improvement. You bet on the hassle factor keeping people from changing to another product. Corporate greed at its finest.

User friendly

User friendly. Consistent—
Interface does not change every time you log in. I am tired of learning a new procedure every day. Also good to have online backup.

Ease of use. Great functionality.

Simple platform. I'm very thankful for the continued support of older editions. That is fair and honest.

Also, I'm thankful for the simplicity of use. I think it's important that you continue to realize that you're target market is still the 40-70 year old woo are attempting to budget and appreciate the way to follow records keeping aspect.

Great job. I'm a fan.

Thanks,

Unnecessarily Expensive

Price is unnecessarily expensive in comparison to a few years ago with no meaningful product improvements to justify such a large price increase.
