Don't keep changing what we're used to for 30 years!

I only had a couple of issues over the years, and each time, the response has been excellent. There is no other program that I trust.

PLUS we use QuickBooks for my business. It is the industry standard and I know of no better option.

I'm able to manage all of my spending and savings account, reconcile accounts, and know where all of my finances are. It also helps me by reviewing my accounts online to see if there is any fraudulent activity.

Have used Quicken for at least a decade and it really helps me organize my finances/budget and see my spending. Also makes it easy to search for some expense or bill or event that happened years ago. Like the Note capability to add more detail than can be fit into the memo section.

not happy with the way the restriction put on the program when subscription expired. I use Quicken outside USA. i don't need online bank connection, or any of the facilities of the program. i use it manually for tracking my accounts and expenses. I have used quicken since 1984. I resent making the program buggy when subscription expired.

I am not using it. I do not have the program on my computer, however, you are charging my credit card every year. When I did have it, I found it difficult to understand how to use it.

Quicken allows me to track all my income and expenses in just a few minutes a day. It can report all my income and expenses back to me in multiple ways.
Very easy to set up and easy to use, plus all data is backed up automatically. I have been a user since 2013.

But as usual, Intuit the company has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I’ve now canceled out protest

Just look for software not made by Intuit

Been using Quicken for decades. Had high hopes for the online platform. It proved to have frequent syncing errors - often redownloading transactions from months, even years ago - which rendered it useless and forced me to restore backups. I now have just the version on my desktop and turned off syncing. This works for me.

You never gave me an email saying that payment was coming up.

Quicken has raised their prices too much for the basic user.

I use quicken to balance my accounts. I have been a customer for decades. Having to pay more than someone who just started using it is ridiculous.

Having trouble with downloads and trying to fix one drive warning message.

Have been a quicken user for a very long time (1990's) and have enjoyed improved features. One quick observation is that the program uses a huge amount of RAM now. When I run quicken it actually expands and uses 90% of my available RAM (8GB). Don't know if that is a feature or a bug, but I can no longer run any other apps when I run quicken. Noticed the increased RAM usage around ver R66.23 HF3

You forced me to pay every year on a subscription basis if I wanted to download my bank data, then you made it harder to do that.

Quick and simple to work

I guess I didn't find it useful... after one look I never went back to update it with my information.
