Apply for a new heloc after 2 weeks of turning in info requested like estimated income for 2026 "80k" home value "410k" credit score "832" I was told because of previous years 2024 income and not being on the new job long enough "5 months" I didn't qualified at this time so the broker quickly sent my info over to another company who took my information verify my information and quickly approved my application for my 90k heloc which I'm paying off the quicken loan balance of 43k I have never been turn down for a loan until by you 2 wks ago my family will never do business again with you you need to investigate the underwriters who loss you a client that should of been approved !
