Mark Wood was excellent

Mark Wood came and did an excellent job for Quickline the issue was that a tree had grown over the years and was blocking the line of site from the transmitter to our dish his solution was to move the dish on our roof and was great in creating a solution can’t thank him enough.

Had my broadband fitted today by Lewis H, lovely young man who did a great job, clean tidy work, efficient, friendly and polite. He’s definitely a credit to the company. Overall Quickline have been really easy to deal with and provided updates whenever I’ve asked or there has been a progress

Cheaper and faster than Sky broadband

Not installed yet, Paul has arranged for it to be done in 2 weeks time. It’s going to be much faster and cheaper than Sky broadband so all good.

Harrison S no called me to advise when he would arrive and was on time. He is very polite and went about the installation quickly and efficiently. At the end he advised us on the system and ensured our devices were connected before he left. All round excellent!

My experience with Quickline’s engineer

Harrison S came today to install Quickline’s equipment and connect the full fibre broadband, Harrison S was very respectful and very polite, He explained everything he was going to do before doing anything, I thought he was great as you want to know what anyone doing anything to your home will do, Just incase you don’t want to any damage done to your home, Harrison S has such pride in everything that he does, He cleaned the dust up from drilling the wall, He really is a very nice young man and a veteran I found out, I wish all tradesman would have as much pride and respect for our home as Harrison S does, Being disabled and ill I’m very unsure of workmen coming in to my home, Before he stepped through the door he had already put my mind at rest, Harrison S did a great job and he is such a great young man, Thank you for a great job and I wish you all the very best Harrison S.

Brilliant job

The installation engineers were brilliant quite frankly. They went above and beyond, explaining everything in as much detail as I needed and did a really tidy job of the installation itself. Can't rate them highly enough.

Excellent service

Broadband has just been installed at our local chapel. Initially interacted with Phil who was very helpful setting up our deal. Luke came out and did survey and Lewis H has just completed the process. Lewis took special care to make the installation as discrete as possible. Very polite, took time to advise re set up and cleared up after himself. A really good team who I would recommend.

Bobby installed my router and went the…

Bobby installed my router and went the extra mile to make sure I got the best possible internet coverage throughout my house. He could have chosen the easier installation option, knowing the signal would likely struggle at the back of the house, but instead he took the more thorough and difficult route to ensure I received the best signal possible. I’m very impressed with his customer service and the effort he put in.
