Communication regarding installation brilliant from initial contact with customer services and on the day, kept up to speed with where they were!
Installers Liam Freear and Kyle Twell were friendly , worked efficiently and installed all the kit with no problems and everything was explained and all my questions answered.
First experience with quickline fantastic and will definately be recommending to others !

Excellent service from first conversation to installation. Easily contactable, with direct telephone number. My job was not straightforward due to my property but the engineer Bobby managed to overcome the obstacles without fuss. Overall great quality and value.

Peter Watson the engineer who visited us was very professional and courteous and diagnosed the fault quickly and explained what he had done to rectify the issue. He left with the service fully restored and working as it should.

Bobby was lovely, he spent so much time and effort into making sure the box and wires were tidy. The wire is barely noticeable, very friendly and even cleaned up after himself which was not expected. Thank you so much.

I have been with quickline 5g going on a year now. The service is next to none. Yesterday there was a fault that affected a large area but as I was one of the first callers about it, the fault was not yet known. One member of the technical team at the time- worked with me for ages making sure it wasn't my equipment, I'm not technologically minded but he was so patient with me. The fault was fixed overnight. Today I've had a follow up call from another member of the team. Their names were Chris and Dan. Simply excellent customer service! Credit to whoever does the hiring of such excellence.

Recently replaced Sky broadband with FTTP from Quickline. From the outset everyone I have dealt with at Quickline has been fantastic. I had the WiFi upgraded today and Bobby fixed a small issue I didn't even knew I had. If you are thinking of switching - do it!

Owen B was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. Very professional, informative and helpful. Explaining everything he was doing and not minding at all when I asked questions (as daft as they probably were). Honestly, he is an asset to Quickline.
I also had Katie who was really nice and helpful even though she was unable to do any of the work due to complications beyond her control.

I have been with this company since 2024. In that time they have been unable to set up and process a direct debit, get an online account for bill payment up and running all the time and Internet service constantly drops in a& out all the time. When I speak to them no one has clue what they are talking about and is totally incapable or unwilling to rectify any/all issues. My advice is take your hard earned cash/custom somewhere else. It is not appreciated at Quckline. A typical Yorkshire based company, CLUELESS!
