The engineer, Alvin, arrived on time. He was very polite and friendly, going about the installation in a very professional manner. I was please that, after introducing himself, he asked about my preferences and was happy to accommodate them.
Alvin was clearly well trained and equipped. After the installation he patiently made sure I could access my new broadband from my devices.
Since the installation is only just complete I cannot comment on reliability or after service, but from today’s experience I can recommend Quickline

I asked for entrance point to be moved along the wall outside and specific point to enter my property, both accepted with a smile and no problem.
When all in situ, I said: oh everything needs tuning now doesn’t it ?? Phone, Alexa, printer and fire stick tuned by Owen in 5 min flat. I’m as happy as can be. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻

We had a visit last evening from a young man with a quickline badged coat, trying to get me to sign up for their service. This despite having told quickline many times I was not interested in their company or their service and never will be. We use starlink - he did not know anything about starlink. Clearly he had zero sales skills. wasted my time.incompetence and chaos again on display from this chaotic dismal outfit. They do not deserve any "stars"

From the prompt arrival through the excellent installation to the way that they checked that we were comfortable with using the kit before they left Dave B and Harrison could not have been better. They were both personable, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. We are beyond happy with the service, the product and the price.

The thing that made my experience so great today was the installation engineer, super helpful, did an excellent job, thank you Alvin. The whole experience from initially enquiry to instalation has been top notch....
Also to find out that the engineer in question has initiated training of other engineers on how to deal with dementia is amazing.....we could of done with that for my inlaws....

The two installers, Liam Freear and Kyle Tell, were professional, friendly, courteous and polite. They explained where the equipment could be fitted, which resulted in a change of plan for us. (Just a shame that more information isn't given at the time the purchase is agreed). Once we had agreed where the box could be placed and how the cable needed to run, the installers started their work. The area was left tidy. A full explanation of how everything should work was given before at the end of the fitting.
