Great job done



Great job done

I was without internet for a while. Two engineers John Shepherd and Karl Allinson came out and worked hard all day to replace the damaged cable and successfully restore my connection.
I really appreciate the effort and work they put in to get me back online. Thank you!

Helpful engineer.

The engineer who connected us (Dave B) was excellent. Discussed where things ought to go, listened to our opinions and was very patient when we couldn’t quite decide and changed our minds! The run up to the installation was not quite as smooth as the team putting the line in did so while we were out and put it in the wrong place. Dave B sorted it for us. Thanks, Dave!

Broadband repair

Nathan M arrived today to fix our broadband. He was polite, knowledgable and fixed the problem. He is a credit to the company and deserves 5 stars.
However, the over all handling of our issue would get 3 stars. For me having to wait 48 hours for an engineer, when you live in a rural area and work from home isn’t acceptable. I’m hoping this is an isolated incident as the product itself, when working is good.

Excellent attention to detail at my…

Excellent attention to detail at my property. The technician used his intelligence and knowledge to work out a solution to fulfil the task at my home .
Problems were overcome by his initiative and the job was excellently executed .
The installers name was Bobby and 2nd was Lucy

Louise B is a credit to your comany!!

Our installer, Louise B, was excellent!! She rang to say she was on her way + arrived at the time she said she would. She was friendly and polite and quickly and conscientiously carried out her work. She explained every stage and checked that we were happy before she left.

Despite all the postcode searches…

Despite all the postcode searches telling me that fibre broadband isn’t in my area, thankfully I stumbled upon Quickline. The installation was arranged and done as planned and Mark Wood, our installer, was very polite, friendly, helpful, clean and tidy. The speeds I now have are fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Service

Arrived in the time slot and phoned to say he was half an hour away. Friendly, professional. Explained everything he was doing, even vacuumed up after himself! Excellent service from Owen B, extremely pleased, a credit to your company. I would definitely recommend Quickline to to others.

Very straightforward connection

Very straightforward connection. Quickline provided the new fibre overhead line and connection at the house. Work was organised and completed on time. Engineers were helpful and really polite. Initial customer team were really helpful. Spot on!

Great service

From the first point of contact when Paul knocked on the door! to the guys installing the lines outside, which required a bit of brick set removal which they did a great job of!
to the wifi being connected which is so much better than we’ve had before!
Great service and would recommend!
