Pleasantly Surprised
Whenever I order from a new vendor on GSA I have nightmares. I was expecting long waiting periods for my product and dreading the calls and excuses. What I experienced was an immediate response to my order, an email with invoice and the product being delivered within a day of my order. The best surprise was when they gave me a discounted price compared to what was quoted on the WEB.
Way to go! I will keep them on my yest list!

We run a small business, and go through a lot of ink. We are able to buy high quality toner at the cheapest price. We can buy a pack of all 4 and pay less than you would pay for one color toner at most stores
