While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Awesome when it works but beware if…

Awesome when it works but beware if not. The meetings notes are great if everything works. Being able to customize the note-prompts is game-changing for me. However, the software is updated every week and it breaks every few weeks. Then the tool is not usable until the next update (for a few days or week), which is terrible. The support is a joke. No one ever answers ...

The software just doesn't work

The software just doesn't work.
It only processes the first few minutes of the meeting transcript then stops.
Seems to be a limitation of the newest version as it did work successfully in the past.

Quill Meetings AI

Quill Meetings AI - Meeting Tool
LIMITATIONS
At first, I tried the free version during a brief "mog meeting" and was impressed. However, after upgrading to the pro version, I quickly ran into some major limitations that potential buyers should be aware of. Additionally, the sales approach is misleading: prices are shown as monthly rates in US dollars, but your registration fee is actually charged annually. For example, $6.99 per month ends up being $83.88 per year, which is about 120 Australian dollars.
A new upgrade has been introduced (6/03/26). The face of the tool has totally changed. The option to upload a script taken from other devices is gone. e.g., smartphone. Uploading text scripts is no longer possible. Pre-selected reports could not be found.

During a 72-minute offline committee meeting using a high-quality surround microphone, I noticed several issues:
The audio-to-text conversion was incomplete and inaccurate, leading to incorrect minutes and other reports. I had to use a third-party audio-to-text converter and then upload the results into Quill to get acceptable outcomes. Correcting the reports took several hours.

Quill’s customer support is not accessible through the tool or their website, so I couldn’t contact them directly. Eventually, I found a support link via a web search, but after two days, I have yet to receive a response (I will provide updates on this).
